As soon as the team at TeeFury found out that my shipment got lost in transit, they quickly acknowledged it, and remedied! They were also really friendly and understanding. This sucked for them just as much as it did for me, but they went out of their way to make sure that my order would be filled. This is why I'll keep coming back; quality products, and great people!
I have loved so many designs that TeeFury has that I can safely go nearly 2 months without washing shirts. I'd say that only 5 are not TF shirts. The only complaint that I have is that not all the fabric or sizing is the same. I have some shirts that are soft and fit well and I've got others that are stiff and fit too tightly. I always order Women's Large, but some fit like a small and a few fit like an extra large. It's not based on the colors, either, since most of the shirts I get are black. I would greatly like that to be remedied.

I am not sure when it started happening, but at some point in the past six months, the staying power of the designs being printed/silk-screened onto the shirts has significantly decreased. I can only speculate as to a reason, but they seem to be fading quicker under normal wash/dry routines. FWIW, I wash them inside-out on delicate and dry on the lowest setting (still inside-out).
I've ordered countless tees from TeeFury (Please don't ever tell my husband how many!) and I've been blown away by the quality of the product, the super fast shipping, and the excellent customer service every single time! I'm a TeeFury customer for life! (Again, please don't tell the husband.)
I love the way you give an artist a chance to show his/her job, and this is amazing. I love the fabric, and how the tee fits so well.
The point is: I always have some kind of problem with the shipping. More than one time i didn't receive the tee, and I have to send a ticket questioning it. I hate this part, but, I love the Tees.
I ordered mystery tees and they both sucked. Clearly just getting rid of designs that aren't popular. I gave them to Goodwill because no one on my Facebook wanted them, even for free.

Love my teefury shirts. Wish they shipped faster and that the non-daily tees weren't so ridiculously expensive, but I still love teefury. I always get tons of compliments on the shirts I order from you guys.
I still visit Teefury almost every day, but I don't enjoy it as much as before all the website changes, and I don't really like the systematic 2 shirts a day policy. I miss the commentaries too. And in general, I find that the designs are of lower quality than they were before the prices raised. I clearly once was a fan, but now am just a customer... I'd prefer the site to go back to its previous philosophy, which was less about money and more about a certain sense of community. Good point never the less, I liked the appearance of hoodies and sweatshirts. ;)

The shirt I ordered came in less than a week which is way sooner than I was expecting. The poster still has the unshipped status on the website. I figured if there weren't any in stock i would have been notified. But as usual a very good experience!
The only downside is not super fast delivery, but that is bound to happen living in Australia! Good price, good quality, and excellent customer service!
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
