They delivery was very prompt to get my shirts to me, however, it seems like the design was not fully cut or and bits of the design were white where it should have been the color of the shirt. The cutout was not completed.

I messed up while placing my order. Then messed up again while placing the customer service request to fix my mistake on the order. They were able to fix all the issues quickly, and graciously to an extent I've rarely seen.

I have been a customer with TeeFury for a couple years now and have seen some disappointing changes. Your prices have always been a little high, which is the only reason I haven't bought more items. But, the main difference I've noticed is your grab bag events. The deal used to be that if you didn't like the shirt you got in a grab bag, you could send it back for another random grab bag shirt. Now, there are no exchanges and that's that. I was very upset when I ordered 3 grab bag shirts, and they were all terrible. I didn't even remember seeing those designs available! It was very frustrating to think that I couldn't replace them with shirts I'd actually enjoy, since I paid for them.
