Wish I could give zero or negative stars. Ordered a shirt from them, they charged me the day I ordered the shirt, 2 months later and no shirt. Emailed them four times, no response. They block negative comments on their facebook page and there is no other way to contact them. Can't even get off their email list which is really infuriating. Complete stealing scammers, stay away from them.
Poor communication. Just awful. They take your money, don't fill your order, claim that it was an "oversight"... and then continue to send promos after unsubscribing from their mailing list. Awful company - and it's a shame because some of the artists whose work they allegedly sell (without actually sending the products of course) are really great artists.
They are quick to charge you, but never ever fill the order. Since they do not reply to emails whatsoever and that is the only way to contact them, you are basically screwed. I am going to contact my CC company to see what they can do.
By the way, AMEX was great about this and I had my money returned rather quickly.
I have ordered a shirts from them as well as SuperWhoLock over 2 months ago. TeeFancy took out the money already. I have emailed several times with no response. What a crock of *#!^.
I placed an order and they took my money but never sent my shirts. I tried to contact them by Email, Facebook, and the 'Contact Us' button on their webpage. I received no response. I would ask for a refund but it is apparent that they don't read their mail.
Take your order, don't ship you the product. Ignore requests for customer service. I imagine that their "inbox" is a proverbial gigantic trash can. I can only hope that I never actually get charged for this product that I'm sure I'll never get...
Placed an order on 9/25 and realized I hadn't received my order a month later. Contacted TeeFancy both by the the Contact Us button and emailed them at *******@teefancy.com. I didn't hear a word from them. Contacted Spotify customer service as the are the ones who are basically in charge of TeeFancy's website. Talked to a great customer service rep who said they would contact TeeFancy and try to get answers for me. We have yet to hear back from them. Spotify advised me to dispute my charge with my credit card company which I am in the process of now. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They need to stop doing business!

I also Contacted Shopify customer service as they are the ones who are basically in charge of TeeFancy's website. Talked to a great customer service rep who said they would contact TeeFancy and try to get answers for me. After several days of no communication from t-fancy I contacted Shopify again great customer service, Agent told me they would escalate this to the appropriate team to have them investigate the store. Plus advised me to dispute my charge credit card which I am in the process of now. I'm also checking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
** I guess all the complaints to Shopify worked! I just checked the link to teefancy and saw Shopify has a "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable."

As others have said, this company is just out to take your money. It says on their website to give 2 weeks to receive your items, but I waited well over that with no shirts, no responses to emails or Facebook messages and then they block people from posting negative comments on their Facebook wall. I only got my stuff after complaining to Shopify, the company listed on the bottom of their site as powering their sales. I spoke with their(Shopify's) customer service and had my claim escalated and 10 minutes later got an email saying my shirts shipped. Coincidence? I think not. I got the shirts(Not the package of crumpled up newspapers that I was expecting :P ) and they were great! I would order again, probably frequently, if they weren't such skeezeballs. And to top it off, I start getting "sale" emails from yet another shirt site that I never signed up for, but from page layout is clearly the same people behind Teefancy. It's just ridiculous! I got my stuff, but if I didn't I'd be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection.
FYI: Unlike another reviewer, I *did* get charged the day I made the purchase. I probably wouldn't have cared so much if I hadn't actually paid for anything.
