Tech For Less

Purchased a 4090 that was listed as "open box". I payed for 2 day shipping and it arrived on time. GPU was shipped with factory box and appeared to be factory sealed. Have been using for a couple weeks now and I'm very impressed.

Ordered a $1,600 television from these guys in open box condition (Samsung The Frame). Got the television and get this, it's missing THE MAIN CABLE that makes the television work. And also the REMOTE CONTROL. Like, not insignificant things, these are things that are absolutely critical

There's no excuse for these to be missing, but it's clear that nobody in their company is doing an ounce of quality control

These guys are also unreachable on the weekend. I'm now out the cost of an installer since they made the trip to come install the TV, will have open walls for several days now until this gets rectified and I get the missing cable

At this point I'm concerned about these guys even supplying the missing items, either in a reasonable timeframe or potentially at all. Hence the "borderline" scam. Will keep folks posted, but as the saying goes "What's cheap ends up being expensive"

30 Day return starts when you purchase the item, not delivery.
I bought a tv from this company that arrived with a crack, but because of delays in shipping I was not able to find this out till after my 30 days was complete because this starts when on the date of your invoice and not on date of pickup. They refused to help at all and I am currently disputing with my credit card. Their shipping also leaves something to be desired because if you don't pay extra they deliver at the end of your driveway, even if your house is a half mile down the rd. Pay the extra with someone else and don't deal with this hassle.

This is my third purchase from Tech for Less and they, once again, rate 5 stars! I bought a laptop for my granddaughter at a super price, delivered quickly (with free shipping). She needed help with set-up, and the excellent customer service person made sure that Michael in Tech Support called my granddaughter within the hour. She reported that Michael was kind, helpful and talked her through the steps needed to get the job done. Kudos to this great company - I will be back!

My order arrived in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, after following the instruction guide, more than a few times, checking to make sure my Bluetooth was enabled, the pairing did not occur. I sent a email to customer service regarding the situation. Within 2 days I received a refund for my order. I must say, I did not expect such a quick response. I have bought products from Tech For Less in the past & will continue to do so when there is one I need.

"You get what you pay for. Shortly after the ninety days, kapoof! The computer crashed and "customer service" provided no help whatsoever--very rudely informed me that was my problem, "my ninety days were up." & "No repairs are made by tech for less", what? They refurbish and sell them off but cannot repair after ninety days? Additionally, no re-stocking fee for an exchange, no options offered at all!--my problem-- I'm on my own with this piece of junk! Don't take chances with this company! I cannot recommend anyone buy from this company!"

I was surprised to receive my new laptop a day early. The setup was easy, great price, & I am very impressed with the quality, speed, ease of adjusting to this laptop. It exceeds expectations. Thank you.

Specific SKU product ordered was delivered at the advertised price in the condition and with all the factory accessories as described in the listing. The shipment and delivery occurred within the advertised timeframe. One of the few online sellers where the product was, and the shipment occurred, exactly as advertised. Also one of the few online sellers that I haven't had to call to follow up about an order issue of one sort or another.
