I paid extra $27.16 (next day shipping) so my cost came out to be almost $100 for that 1 item to not arrive at all. I messaged them & they failed to acknowledge my request for a refund. I have YET to receive my item & it has been 4 days! I am currently contacting my bank of the situation. Please BEWARE!

Placed an order on December 26 2021, received a notification it "shipped" a day after placing it (December 27,2021). Checked tracking for weeks now and it hasn't moved past "Shipping Label Created- USPS Awaiting Item". I placed another order on January 7th 2022, it shipped on January 10th 2022, and shows it arrived at a regional facility. I been reaching out to teami for a while now, and I get no responses what so ever. The stupid not that links you to customer service tells me there is never an agent available, and that leaving an email address they will reply back. All it did was close every case I opened. I contacted them by email and they still haven't responded. I want my order or my money back. USPS won't look into it and keeps forwarding the case to my local USPS where the woman keeps giving me a rude response and closes the case. Why it was sent to my local usps makes no sense as it never even left the teami warehouse or the place they dropped it off at. The fact my order is marked fulfilled and actual wasn't is bogus. It shouldn't say fulfilled unless it actually arrives to its final destination.

I have been using the skin care products, I love how have made my skin softer and brighter. I definitely recommend them. I also did the Detox program and this helped me a lot to recover my energy and my body felt cleaner and less bloated.

I did the Teami Detox that's with the Colon and Skinny tea! It really does get rid of a lot of $#*! in your body, literally lol. I felt so clean and less bloated!

Not to say that i spent 150 in two blender and non of them arrived functioning. First order i did i received two empty boxes. When they send me the replacement they didnt work at all

Shipping is slow and good chance you won't receive your product. Customer service is no help. I've gotten a very rude answer to a concern I had in the past. Thought I'd give a product another chance because I thought I got a weak batch of tea. Tracking number was fake and untraceable.

MY TEAMI BLENDER does't work at all.

I charged for 24 hours, it only works for a few seconds and then stops.

Very weak product with very very bad customer service. I never suggest this brand, I had a bad experience with them

I was originally really excited about trying TeaMi I even paid for faster shipping. I Purchased my items on January 17th and tracked my package religiously. UPS tracking showed that my package was delivered on January 23rd as promised, but it was not delivered. UPS told me to contact the sender for more information so I did and TeaMi did not answer any of my questions just sent me a new tracking number today (January 27) showing it will be delivered January 26 (which means yesterday), you can see how this opened more questions. Still no answers. When I emailed them, they told me to stop because the more I emailed the more likely they will take longer to get back to me. Then, still not answering any questions, they said as a "one time courtesy" they will refund me my shipping charges. Courtesy? I'm owed that regardless if anything an entire refund because this is now taking longer than normal standard shipping! I do not know if I will even receive anything! No assurance that I will be getting my package just dates thrown around. I need real answers from a real person because someone needs to be held accountable. It feels like I just threw money at the wind, so please hear my warning, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I order my tea around December 26th and it say shipped on December 27th and its been almost a month cause its already January 25th and I haven't received any of my order, I even paid 100$. They gave me a tracking number so I track it time to time and it didn't even move its still in one place called SEMINOLE. I called the USPS and they just tell me they don't have this tracking number or maybe the seller didn't shipped it yet but why do they give me a tracking number a day after my ordering that's says shipped? And I try reaching the teami company about this and no one understand. They just email you "will get back to you soon as soon as possible" and they don't email you no more! I'm not gonna order in this company again. I want a refund or my order!

Well I used the teami per 2 months eating health as much as possible and also going to the gym at least 4times per week. I was drinking the tea around 2 and 4 times per day(according they recomend), it helped me to eliminated lots of liquid(but drink just water will do the same) and the colon tea also helped to go to the bathroom but I never had issues with it. Well me and my husband tried the tea but I as drinking more and on time(he was just drinking sometimes but couldn't notice diference too) My conclusion is that this tea do not have anything especial like it says I was taking pictures but couldn't notice diference my weights was also the same, I believe that the tea doesn't help you to lose weight but eat health will. That's why they suggest you to change your food and practice exercises, this way you will for sure notice diference but this is not because of the tea it's because you changed habits. I do nor add the tea on my routine anymore because I think I can do it alone like I did it before(pictures of last summer was better without tea however I was running more because the weather helps me). Just buy a regular tea with good leaves don't spend your money on it... teami it's just marketing and advertising putting beatifull girls on social mídia to represent the brand..
