I wish I had checked sites like this before I ordered items from them today. When I tried to find and contact them about my order, I only got error messages. They have no website or working email address. PayPal says I have to contact TeamFanShop to resolve the problem. I can't contact an entity with no apparent existence (except to take my money?). Luckily, they won't get my credit card info. Do not do business with TeamFanShop.

Frauds!
November 23, 2020

Ordered a Bayern Munich European Championship shirt in August, was told I would receive early September. Today is November 23rd and still no $40 Tshirt! Call them every two weeks, they are nice and move the ship date about a week or 2 into the future. Today's new ship date is November 30. Sure it is. DO NOT order from them. Getting ready to call my credit card company and see if they can help. Scam artists!

In error I ordered the same NFL hoodie from Team Fan Shop and from $#*!'s sporting goods. After receiving both it was obvious that the hoodie from Team Fan Shop was a poor knock off! I hardly ever return items but this time was different. Unfortunately there's no contact information for this company that takes you to a customer service rep.

Ugh!

Paid $30 overnight shipping but they didn't even bother to ship my items for 5 days! No response from them after multiple emails. Items are also overpriced for the lack of quality.

Buyer Beware
September 7, 2019

Ordered a Cleveland Browns shirt - what I received doesn't look anything like what was online. The stripes on the sleeves and the string are black, the helmet and the outline of the lettering is red. Very disappointed with the product since the colors are supposed to be Brown and orange. Would never recommend this company & will never buy from here again. Wish I had read the previous reviews before purchasing.

They're a fraudulent company. All of these reviews are true. They stole my credit card number and charged me for something I didn't order. I never received my order. And they kept saying it was on it's way. Don't buy from them. I don't know how they're still in business. Reporting them now.

Worst business to deal with, go elsewhere

If you are thinking of placing an order with teamshop, do not. I tried to cancel a basic order of 2 softball pants (custom due to piping), the day after order initiated, and was refused. The order hadnt even been processed by bank yet. There was no way my pant order had ever been started on their end. I simply ordered wrong items and needed to cancel and then reorder. Customer service strongly advised they wont cancel order, per policy. I am out $100 because they have an insane policy that is set up this way in order to rip off their customers. Do not place any orders with this company, find a different vendor. I will be taking my business and the hundreds of dollars I will be spending on softball gear yearly, elsewhere. It is no wonder they get their business by setting up through team sites that force participants to order gear through them. It is a scam. If you are a team looking for gear, do yourself and your players/families/fans a favor and find a local shop you can work with in person. There is no incentive for team.shop to sell quality products or to take returns or to have decent customer service. They make more money peddling low quality gear and refusing to be a respectable business.

Make sure you know exactly what you want. Their return policy is awful. It cost me $10 just to return an item because they charged me for BOTH the return shipping and shipping the new item. The return process also takes a long time.

This company has a great website that looks legitimate, it is NOT. They seem to be based in Tennessee but the are based in and ship from CHINA. Shipping time is 3-4 weeks and the items are NOT authentic. When you request a return they refuse because they return process is "difficult and expensive". Worst overall experience of ANY company I have ever dealt with. I have NO idea how they can continue to operate.

It has been 30 days since "TEAMFANSHOP" has charged my order to my Bank Credit Card and my order has yet to arrive. I saw one entry in my Google search that suggested I contact my Card's Fraud Department.

My Superbowl Ruined!

I order my t-shirt for the Superbowl-2018 and I still DON"T have it... You are the worst company with the worst customer service ever (Andrea) awful... I just got off the phone with the customer service representative and she was awful... She was more worried about my last name then my dam order... I paid through Paypal another worst company I will be reporting right after this. So no one have to go through what I just experienced. Everyone wants to have a business but no one wants to give great customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company because they don't deliver on their word just plain awful!

On the eve of the Chief's SuperBowl win, I researched many fan gear websites for the best price for a great shirt to celebrate my team's win. I settled on this particular company because they had a great selection of shirt designs, had free shipping, and seemingly good reviews (on their website.) I purchased a shirt using my PayPal account and I am glad I didn't use my own banking information. I received an email on Feb 2 confirming my purchase and stated my account wouldn't be charged until my merchandise was shipped. Two days later, Feb 4, my PayPal account was charged but I have yet to receive an email confirmation with tracking information for my purchase. Feb 12, I still haven't received any email contact from the company, no merchandise, and when I tried to contact them via their website, the website is no longer found. I emailed their customer service group with a return email stating they weren't receiving emails at the address. This company is a fraud. I will get my money back and never will I purchase from them again. They are scam artists.

FRAUD ALERT!

These people are still around ripping people off. If you see a charge to your credit card from FRG*TEAMFANSHOP, call your cards Fraud Department immediately. Don't bother calling "Fanatics", as they are not interested in resolving problems.
