I ordered a women's size medium jacket for my mother. The item that came through was a child's medium. They charged me $25 to return it.

I ordered a Kentucky Derby t-shirt on April 19th, over two weeks before the Derby on May 7th. The order said it would ship April 26th. Plenty of time to get the t-shirt in time for the Derby, right? Noooo, They didn't ship my t-shirt until May 5th - with an expected arrival date of May 11th. They offered me $10.00 off my next purchase with them - Ha Ha Ha.

I Ordered two items and i received them in 7 days everything was just as expected. Very Happy, I didn't get a tracking number but everything showed up with in 3/7 business days as expected.
Do not buy from them, they will steal your credit card information and use it. I ordered from them on 4/27/17 and on 4/28/17 they were using my credit card multiple times.

Took over a week to get find out status of all items. After a week of them saying "it will either ship today or tomorrow", they finally said they were out of stock on one of the items and that I should expect a refund. The only way to contact them to find out about your shipment is via their chat. I ordered on November 29th, chatted with them on Dec 4th regarding my last two items and they said it would be send that day or the next, chatted with them again on the 6th and they said same thing, and finally chatted with them again, today, the 8th and they finally told me that one of my items were out of stock.
After my chat with them on the 4th they said they would reimburse shipping, which they did. After my chat with them on the 6th they said they'd reimburse 20% of the entire order, which I haven't seen so far. And not they're saying I'm just getting reimbursed for the item that they're out of stock on.
This company blatantly lies and will deliberately give you the run-away. Stay away.
