Great shoes really comfortable but am afraid it doesn't work for us, I only need the height increase for my left leg and my right leg should remain regular because of my situation a little different from others as my left leg is shorter than my right leg. But other wise it would have been perfect if your business could tailor shoes to meet special circumstances like mine. Thank you

I bought 4 pairs. 2 Pairs are good fitting. The other 2 are not. All of them were US size 8. I like them all, but will have to return and exchange the 2 pairs that don't fit well in a months time as I'm currently travelling abroad. Hoping to get a hassle free return and exchange done.

Ordered online and got them quickly. Taller is better! Id order again. Good price too.im a 9.5 but the size 10 was perfect with the inserts

They answered a question I had about sizes very quickly and friendly. Then when I ordered it came quickly. It's a Christmas present so can't say much more til they try them on

I like some of the shoes on this site. Most of the shoes IMO don't seem to fit with the current style and trends. But there are some that do. And those that do, I buy again and again. Good company otherwise

Over all excellent company, some shoes are not true size and run smaller will stay away from boots in this case I returned went from 9 to 10 and still was small had to donate it since I wore them on a trip. I am happy with co. And better service on using the web vs. calling to speak to some one not as friendly.

Overall good service but shoe sizes sometimes vary in actual size which does not help especially when you are an international customer.

I did receive my order and I would like to return them for a store credit. The 4.5" is just to much and I would like to replace with a shoe closer to 3" in height. Can you please send me the return sticker and paperwork. I did not wear these shoes, just tried them on. Thank you.

I ordered 4 shoes from Canada (Montreal), and received them on 11/09.
Shoes prices were $201, and shipping costs (1 week delivery) were about $51, so I total paid $262. However, the UPS delivery man is asking to pay additional $56 for additional delivery costs, not for tax. Such additional costs were not explained when I order the products at all. So, I called to customer service and the staff said that it may be canada taxes extra. But, the UPS guy said there is no tax, but just for their delivery costs.

I am quite satisfied with the products and quality of shoes, but heavy delivery costs, especially from Canada, must be improved. I often order products from USA via amazon.com even at minimum costs (sometimes free costs delivery for orders over $100).
