Still haven't received my order get a bunch of run around from customer service I agree with most of the reviews the company is a scam Read reviews before ordering I didn't it made a mistake of ordering and I'm a soldier and they don't care if you're a veteran don't order you won't get it he keep sending me tracking number from China and all it says is order received nothing shift and I'm sure I've ordered from China before it's either going to be too small or the size is going to be wrong they don't tell you that and I agree with the one guy the website looked really good and it says that they have a US warehouse but the US Warehouse is probably an apartment complex in the basement and they don't have any inventory I'm not sure scary thank God I didn't spend a lot of money I'm still waiting to see if I get the order if I do I'll be totally surprised I think everybody else will too and I agree with the one review they don't even let you know they're ordering from China it's a bate and switch situation...
I think somebody should notify law enforcement and Better business bureau I would but I'm still trying to see if I get my order and I'm sure I won't get a refund so I guess that 25 bucks away

Took a ENTIRE MONTH to get my items and then paid $40 for a flashlight that's rechargeable but comes WITH NO BATTERIES!

Don't make the same mistake I did. I didn't read the reviews here and was seduced by the glossy, professionally built website - that is where the positive experience ends.

The returns policy is a money making machine for them.

I returned an item that THEY sent wrongly. It cost me £6 to return it and they then charged a further £4 for shipping. So I have no item, it cost me £10 and it was their fault. How did that happen.

To add insult to injury, they have NO UK call facility, email is the best only contact and get this - there is at least 24 hour delay as you are emailing China.

Their replies are rude and dismissive, With respect, someone whose first language isn't english will reply.

So STOP STOP STOP, don't loose your money. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Ordered 2 pair of pants. Showed up 30 days later. Complete Junk and sizes make no sense.
Tried to call a number of times, and sent multiple emails to them.
ZERO RESPONSE. SCAM.

I had issues with an order, 2 pants came with defects bad stitching and they wouldn't replace or return! They blocked me from future emails. This is horrible. I can't email them back and they have a fake number on website that is not in service! (747) 223 - 8843. I'm stuck with this order! How can a company block customers to avoid any responsibility. I will post this on social media for sure everyone needs to know.Buy from a more reputable company like TrueWerk made in USA. Companies with phone numbers not email only that was a red flag for me at first and made in China took forever to get to Chicago.

I ordered a pair of tactical pants and a combat bdu top from tactical world store. The tactical pants were a little bit too large so I asked for an exchange. I then get a response saying they didn't have the size I wanted to exchange for, so I asked about a different size. They responded saying both sizes were out of stock. I then went back to the website, the website showed both sizes in stock and ready to ship. I sent them a screenshot and they still continued to say they didn't have them. They then told me I could gift them to someone else or sell them. After that situation I waited 2 weeks for the combat bdu to ship from China, upon its arrival it was extremely small. I ordered a 2xl. I don't know what country this was supposed to be a 2xl in but it's definitely not in the United States. I will never purchase anything from this site again and would definitely warn anyone looking at this site to look somewhere else.

So please beware this is not a uk site and is not anywhere near military grade gear!
It is Chinese,Japanese knock off. Don't even bother trying to match your body type to any of their clothes charts. Because what you will be sent won't fit and that is even if you get sent what you ordered. The most expensive clothes missing so Didn't even receive the s*** I'd ordered. The phone number doesn't exist.
Size 9 uk Delta boots are like clown shoes. And would feel safer in flip-flops. I'm not holding my breath for a email back. So please don't even look at their website unless you want to p*** you money down the toilet.

Item never received. No feedback from customer service. Unable to post a negative review on their website. Save your money.

Ordered 2 XL shirts and received an XL that was actually a Med and a XXL. Shirts were also very cheap looking. When I asked for a refund because I couldn't wear either one I got an automated response offering a 30% refund and keep the shirts. Told them I could not wear the shirts and I wanted full refund. They responded telling me if I return them I would be charged shipping and the cost of a shipping label (whatever that means) even though they sent the wrong product. They said if I just keep the shirts they would give me 50% refund. Told them to give me the 50% and I would give Goodwill the shirts. I have been purchasing tactical gear and clothing for over 50 years and they had a chance to be one of my go to places but they would rather make a few dollars one time then make multiple sales to you. Their loss! Never buying from them again.

Clothes fit small, they don't accept returns even though their return policy states that they do. It's so fustrating going back and forth with them

Buyer's beware. If you trying to return something back for a refund, the rep at this company will disappear and stop emailing you back. Good luck on trying to get your money back, if you trying to return an item. I will not ever buy from this company again, and I will tell all my military and LEO personnel to not buy from this company.

Wrong item. No return or exchange. Offering 60% refund.
They sent us the wrong item. I've emailed back and forth with them for a while and they've negotiated up to 60% refund for boots that are the wrong size and color. I've insisted each time that we want to return them for a full refund or exchange for the right size + color. They've stopped responding. We seem to be stuck with unusable $67 boots. I've now shown my husband how to look up reviews before ordering online.

DO NOT order from this company! The items I ordered and received was poor quality and nothing like pictured! I processed a return request and they tried to get me to keep the items by offering a partial refund (30%), I declined. They then offered 30% refund and a 30% future discount, I declined and demanded a full refund. After I threatened to turn them in, they sent me a return label. I returned the items on January 9,2023, and as of today I have not received a refund so I'm disputing with my cc company. I have started a complaint to the E commerce commission as well. It's a shame company like this give legit companies a bad name. These folks are down right CROOKS!

I selected the exact size for a pair of pants that I needed (46Wx30L) and the pair I received was much smaller and simply said "4X". I tried for a week to get in-touch with someone via phone & email. Finally they sent me a text message. That was odd. I think this is a small one or two person business and they have simply done a good job at marketing. It doesn't appear they have the infrastructure to support massive sales and be responsive to customers. I would avoid this place at all costs. I shipped my item back and now waiting to see if I get a credit. It was only a $30 purchase so I don't really care either way, I was just hoping I found a good place to buy things from and unfortunately I will not be using them again.

Ordered over 200.00 in pants and shoes I got the shoes that are nothing like the web side advertised. The pants are in limbo with a non valid tracking number. Cant get ahold of customer service.

No customer service. They shipped me the wrong item and I'm still trying to get my money back NEVER buy from them

Very disappointed with this company I've been waiting two weeks for a pair of pants that I need for my new job I just started if I knew would take so long and that they were coming from all the way over in China on a slow shipping service I would've never ordered the $40 pants and paid five dollar shipping for one pair of pants to take over two weeks and it just went from New York to California and I live in Massachusetts does that make any sense horrible service so slow

They won't send my shipment, I sadly didn't see the reviews until after, I was trying to get gear for AT. $250.40 down the drain and now there asking for my ID and a Utility bill to prove i am who I say I am. Because " Hi, this is Kate from Tactical World Store! I am reaching out regarding your orders from our store. Unfortunately, our system security deemed your order as risky due to location of IP address used to place the order isn't available. I was trying to buy Hodgdon Retumbo Smokeless Gun Powder, it would not let me pay with a Credit card.

I sent them a question via email, asking if they had the powder in stock.( Hodgdon Retumbo Smokeless Gun Powder) the person said, let me go check. A few minutes later the person wrote me back yes we have it in stock. (this is amazing, no one ever has it in stock, its the hardest gun powder to find) Then when I went to go pay it would not allow me to use a credit card as I said before, all they take is right now wire money. So if anything goes wrong in the order there is no way to cancel or secure my purchase and I'm just out the money. I sent them back another message, asking for them to take a picture of it on their shelve, I figured if they could do that I would take the gamble. The quick response was we are way too busy for that. So my response was, it took just as much time to check to see if you had it in stock, as it is for you to take a picture of it on your shelf and send it to me... I have never heard back from them again.
I don't know if you value your money as much as I do? But the big red flag is they only take basically cash payments, and you the consumer have no recourse to get your money back. If they don't live up to their end. I would say these guys are just scammers and looking to take every dollar from every order. And the last time I checked a lot of places will set up accounts and do positive reviews to get consumers' confidence up, so then I went and looked at every review. But if you notice people who do reviews typically have more than just one all of their positive responses are from people that have only ever done one response. That was another big red flag. I would say save your money buy from somebody you could trust, someone that takes payments that can have records if the merchant does not live up to their obligations

Unfortunately I have to agree that the tactical-world.net jerks should be prosecuted. They are quick to get in touch with you when you make an order but do not ever respond after that - by Chat, by WhatsApp, by Text, by phone. Actually they don't even have a real phone, they use a Google phone service. I'm out $282. They are liars and thieves. Other info indicates that even their FFL is fake. Spread the word far and wide. If you can't use a credit card, stay away. Their BBB rating is 'F', as in Fleece You.
About 3 hours after I posted this, someone shockingly answered the call via the phone icon on their Chat. They wanted an insurance payment to send my order. I said 'No' and to refund my full amount. They said call back in 10 min. I did and then the person who could barely speak English at all suddenly could speak English vulgarity real well. The accent is Asian. He told me to go F... myself. I've also sent a complaint to Zelle to block all payments to these pieces of trash.
They again shockingly answered the Chat phone and this time the punk who answered told me that they had hijacked the website. Maybe the company is real but if they are, their website has been stolen and is being used by thieves from Asia. The FFL listed on the website tactical-world.net is legit and belongs to Michael Adams with a listed address in Maine. The phone number is disconnected.
