Great service. Once I put my order in, I was notified every time my package moved locations. It seemed like TackleDirect was just as anxious as I was to get my gear.

I reached out to you asking if I could deny shipment but you never replied in time so I ended up having to pay $90 in order to ship a rod back that I wanted to return which seems like a lot of money.

The Rocket Bobbers Mini works great for pan fish when using light tackle. Rocket Bobbers are the only bobbers I use. They are weighted for long casts.

My order was backordered. It took 3 phone calls to finally receive my order a month later. The last time I called it was finally corrected and the order was shipped.

Great experience shipping was in time and if it wasn't in stock they sipped the items as soon as they where in they sent emails when the items where shipped and when they would be there

Product was not as described as advertised. This product was for advertised for 20 - 300lbs decor line and will only be able to use on 20 - 80 lbs lines.

First time customer and whole process went smoothly! Quite impressed considering inconsistencies with other online companies orders recently. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tackle Direct.

Many times when i order from website i dont recieve the items on time and some time item is not available after i do the paurchase which delays the order.

Tackle Direct was great Fed Ex is a bunch of morons. They kept trying to deliver my package to the wrong address and then argued with me about it Suggest you use UPS or USPS instead in the future

I've been a customer of TD for several years, and all then products I bought are of good quality. If you have any issues they will make it right!

Wish cheaper, faster alternatives for shipping were available but I reckon not much to do about that when ordering from far far away. E.g. Australia

Customer service never returned call they promised. I called 3 more times only to have phone rind for 30 minutes and then call dropped.

Good price on these lures and shipping was OK.
It took 3-4 weeks before I received a response to an email about an order.
