I made order #******* on 7-1-19. It is now 7-13-19 and I have still not received my order and I cannot get information online from TD about the order. I called customer service on 7-6-19 they did not tell me why my order information was unavailable but did say my order would be received early next week. Now 7 days later nothing... I should have ordered from Bass Pro Shops
Easy
I placed an order and charged a price and an item was missing from my order. Enclosed inside the order was a new order form minus the item missing and a new price, I was still charged the original price and never charged the adjusted price. I tried multiple times to call the store and got nothing. I reached out on social media and got no response. I've sent an email and got no response. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life and I will never give Tackle Direct my business ever again.

Can't believe they sat on my order for week before they shipped it. Disappointing!
Ordering was very user friendly. I tried several other web sites but no one had the product. A friend recommended Tackle Direct. I'm very satisfied with my product and service. I would have given a higher score but the tracking system was not available or working. A message was listed on the website stating system upgrades were in progress. Overall I would recommend Tackle Direct. PS...my package was neatly wrapped, someone took time to insure neatness. Thanks again

I had an overall positive experience when shopping with tackle direct. The only negative was the cost of the item and the associated shipping of an item that Literally weighed ounces. Would like to see free shipping offed in the future for customers along with the ability to track your orders on line without having to make a phone call. I would recommend this site to others.
