Did not learn that the item we purchased was on backorder until we paid for it. Took quite a while to get it.

Some where in the process I only received half of my order. As soon as I contacted the company< they corrected the oversight and all was well Thanks

I placed an order and it was at least a week before it was even shipped. Overall it took about three weeks to get my order. Very slow!

The delivery time was quick and the price I paid was cheaper than most other online retailers. I would gladly buy from them again.

Love to order from Tackle Direct. Wish you guys were closer to home. I'll be there everyday shopping. Love your store been there once.

I have enjoyed my experience with Tackle Direct over the years. They always seem to have the latest products and they are in stock.

When checking out I have to put my credit card number over and over again when made a mistake or forgot to mark something.

I bought this product for my grandson this is exactly what he asked me for and it arrived before he got here so I am very happy thank you very much!

Took extra long to get the cushion. Is that because you make it after it is ordered or just mail service during the virus?

Shipping is always a question to Hawaii. Starts out UPS, then changes to USPS Priority along the way, which is a PO Box delivery. Why not make it USPS all the way for a dollar cheaper?

The product descriptions were not the most accurate so I bought some things that I didn't actually need. I'm happy with all that I got. Great prices.

The experience was all first rate. I have not used the waders that I purchased yet. Too busy to fish - that's bad, but that' my bad. -Tim

Pretty good with other orders as far as timely arrival but with this order in particular it took forever.

Got here actually sooner than promised and in perfect condition. Now I have to learn how to use it.

My hooks and tackle arrived on time, no issues. I'll continue to use Tackle Direct for my sport-fishing purchases.

Advertised priced on website didn't match prices at checkout. I wrote to tackle direct at checkout to inform them and received no response.

Got what I needed and went camping and fishing for 9 days. I was catching lots of fish and hated to come home.
