Bought a tablet. It stopped working after 3 to 4 months. I was told to return it which I did. They said they never received it. In conclusion I lost my money and no tablet.

I purchased a tablet from here in September 2022 & it come with a 2 year waranty. I charged it up & then turned it on, see picture below. They told me it needed a firmware upgrade & emailed it to me. I mentioned it was under warranty. They ignored that. I then got 2 pc guys to do the firmware upgrade because tablets word would not answer my emails. That made it worse. I am going to find where to do a google review & any other reviews next as these people are literally stealing peoples money & they dont care. Google should not let them advertise on its platform. The yellow & red one I got first & the blue one after the firmware upgrade. I had to give them a star topost this. They dont deserve any
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a tablet from this dishonest site and did not work and told to send it back for a refund which cost me over $45 and months later still no refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal and opened a case which they claimed they I never sent back but tracking showed they received it.
They are liars and very dishonest to deal with and sell junk so don't waste your time or money.

I didn't recived my tablet so I would again before buying from this company very disappointed in them

Brought a tablet in April, 3 months later simply will not turn on. Had to send back which cost me $40 in postage, now 2 months later they do not reply to my emails and still no replacement or repair. Feel like I've been robbed! Do not buy from this, I should have known better than to trust this overseas company..
