An item they shipped got lost (despite tracking number) and they shipped me another immediately. I had a really good experience. The communication and service were GREAT, so if you have a problem with your order, don't rush to anything negative. Give them time to fix it b/c the guy that helped me (David) was really attentive.

A very nice set of tools to work on E-reader, tablets, etc. I wish the "jimmy" tool was made of a more substantial synthetic as the tool in the kit deformed quite quickly while I attempted to open the case of a Kindle. Despite that the Kindle case was opened with great difficulty. I think a small rigid case to hold the tools would be a good addition to the offering. All in all a great set of tools at a very affordable price.

I ordered syncpedia's serial cable for my recently unearthed Palm IIIe. It arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and at a good price, to boot.
The only problem? I couldn't connect it to my computer! (I thought I had a "female" serial port, and the cable had a "female" end.)
So, I contacted Syncpedia. I got an immediate (within hours) response from David--who sent me photos of both a serial and a monitor port, and kindly suggested that I may have mixed up the two.
But there's more: He then sent me a link to a site where I could purchase a USB-to-serial adapter (that solved my problems).

I feel so fortunate to be doing business with syncpedia. Not every business would provide help on a problem unrelated to their products--much less offer visuals of what to look for.

Ordered a refurbed handheld over Ebay. If it shipped any faster, it would have showed up before I ordered it. Really nice job on the refurb, device is a pleasure to use.
