Swyft Filings

I filed for a DBA which I had done myself before, for way less, but I needed to get this filed so I used them. The instructions were not clear, there kept being errors (which was my fault) and needed help to respond correctly. Hold times are way too long, chat never responds and when I tried to resubmit asking what was needed, the site wouldn't link me to what was needed. I am disappointed in this service and can't say I would use again. Too much time and money spent to make their service worth it.

Ok, with all of the fees included, I would think that Swift Filing would at least have someone that you could contact. I called most of the day, emailed them and they have not returned my call. I encourage anyone to try to call them before ordering. I think it's unprofessional that they encourage you to call, chat, or email them and there is no one available

I keep getting my business rejected because of information they didn't even ask for and they have poor communication skills they don't help you I do not recommend you filing with this company

I wanted to get shipping next day and you guys charged 60$ extra after I paid so much and I didn't have enough money to get the express on permits and stuff

I don't like that I entered my credit card information before you finished selling me things. Seems sneaky

There are WAY too many additional purchase screens to go through to try and sell your other services. If someone wants something basic its very annoying. I would simply all the NO boxes you have to go through. I almost went somewhere else because it went through too many additional things just to place an order.

Your services are very over priced and most of these things are free i understand you have to charge but why so much

I was really put off by all the extra add ins that I had to add into the cost of my purchase after I submitted my payment. These costs, like the state certificate and the compliance package should be explained before payment is accepted.

I did not like that once I put my card info more compliance offers came up that the state requires. Yet none of these fees were advertised prior otherwise they should of been shown if they are required (like a REGISTERED Agent which most competitors include free trials of). All in all the ending price was still competitive however I did feel a little set up. Will continue future services because overall structure is more efficient than those of competitors.

I would have preferred to have been given all the information upfront about what I needed for my new business. Your site is not transparent about everything one needs to purchase.

Honestly it would be nice if eveything was upfront instead of thinking with the premium pkg it included everything. Maybe you should create another pkg that includes all the other things needed for forming a corporation. It just seemed to just keep wanting me to purchase more and more and I did, but it would've made it a whole lot easier if it was all in one pkg instead of blindsiding me at the end.

I Very much like your service and look forward to using it in the future. Some of your purchase orders though I wish when shopping you could save some additional options for later.... I may want to commit to options such as registered agents or licenses later in my companies future

I thought this site would also supply a company agreement. I understand that is necessary. Why did you offer so many things that are not necessary and not include what is necessary?

A lot of products seem to be required (Certificate of Good Standing etc) but they are not actually included in price, and Swyft is not upfront about the fact that they will charge extra on top of Premium Processing fees already.

Really dissapointed in the early taking of credit card payment and then subsequent upsells that were not included in the package I was initially shown.

I'll likely be going elsewhere in the future where the people are up front with me.

It would be nice to have all of the options that are laid out after paying presented prior to paying. It almost seems like a trick... here's the package, you pay for it, oh but wait, there's more...

The additional charges should be explained up front and not a continuous barrage of one extra after another. This is my second time to use Swyft and I must say it was better the first time.

I just wanted to register an LLC without any additions, if I wanted all those additions then I would have checked a different package.

The add on costs after you pay are not what your price indicates or states as you go through the process of deciding. Just give the total costs up front to know if it is in fact affordable or not.

We at this point are not sure what we are getting from your company. We thought that we would be filed with the IRS with a tax number, and all ready to go, but with all the add on's that kept adding up, we aren't satisfied the advertized price of $299 was accurate, but only a come on.

Very misleading charges. Several pages of additional fees were suggested, more than doubling the advertised cost of starting an LLC.

I felt the process of signing up for a pricing plan was deceptive. The premium package was pitched like it was an "all-in" plan, but then there were $$$hundreds$$$ of dollars more in important services I didn't even know I needed to consider.

I called support and spoke with Danielle, who helped me through the things that weren't clear. Your system made it seem like all these items were crucial and played on my ignorance. I felt it was deceitful. I'm still sticking with it, but I'm starting out with a bitter taste in my mouth.

It was easy... but then you started to up sell me on all these things that made it very confusing and a bit scary.
