The material was very easy to ready & the screens were user friendly however I did not like all the additional cost added after I selected the premium package

Everything was explained very well. Unfamiliar with all the state's tax requirements and all that comes with a business, it was hard deciding whether some of the services are actually necessary. Some of the choices to pay for the extra, "you might need this" services were made out of fear based on the " better to be safe than sorry" explanations. The explanations could add whether the service is required or might be based on the type of business I have. I do research primarily at courthouses, the work done at home is online research, compiling project reports per specs, then uploading to a client. No advertising, no face-to-face clients. So I'm not entirely sure I needed every service I chose or if I turned down ones I will need. I do like the fact that someone else will make sure my business is in compliance as I am a definite procrastinator. The process was very efficient and very easy to understand. Thanks you.

So many upsales. I can't believe the amount of money put down before I even begin a single day of operations. Perhaps you could follow up about compliance and minutes at a later time instead of hitting a person up all upfront. Also, I was expecting more questions so I was kind of vague, but I think we will be ok.

Seems like you have all of your services lined up for an additional fees that is unrelated to the actual fee... its very easy for someone to think they're signing up for a service that cost $150 and end up paying $300 along with annual fees

An easy process with
helpful instructions. I think I would prefer a package deal rather than the nickel and dime approach.

So many questions after the initial purchase, I'm sure their all for good reason...just some hidden costs i wasn't expecting.

Too early to tell, but seems well-organized. Lots of upselling, which may make some customers feel mislead. When I last incorporated with an attorney, the bottom-line was truly the bottom-line.

Process was fairly simple, but would like the services offerings bundled a bit more to make selection of services more appealing.

One issue is I had a question called your line and still have not received a call back and it has been an hour.

Too many opt-in offers after hitting checkout. It's pretty annoying. Most of those extra services should be offered in the so-called premium package. Otherwise, I'm comfortable with the service and feel good about my purchase and it's value.

Too much money for it all which is not stated in original Package. Also I still have not received my items and it is 5 days now. I would have thought according to your Web site I should have had it by Wednesday and here it is Friday and still no package.

Got through it pretty quickly, a lot of information I didn't know. Overall a good site for starting something new.

The only thing I didn't like is all the offerings at the end. Just tell me up front what would be recommended and why so that I can truly understand the total cost of incorporation.

$299 corporate package should be more detailed as to what is included and extra items that are not included.

I liked the initial prices for the services but I didn't care much for the optional services, especially what was implied but not necessarily true by saying no to the offer.

Very smooth. The only thing is that the back button didn't allowed me to go back where I wanted. So I had to start over to choose the right packet for my business.
