A complete waste of time - unless you are a) a desperate female (just want sex with random people) or b) a not so convincing TV/TS or c) an escort looking to pick up a few clients.
You put up a profile, there is some moderation, email someone and wait for a reply... and wait... and wait... then check the profile to find it hasn't been used for month, years in some cases. Even if it is read the chances of getting a reply are remote - it does not have a communication culture running through its seeds channels.
There is no good check on the identity of the people advertising on there so unless it is one of the few that have verified their identity it could be anyone posing as a reasonably sane person.
By the way, if you are a man looking for a girl: forget it. There are almost 10,000 men registered and far fewer women - and most of them are looking for another girl. The ratios of straight men to women are in the region of 115:1... even football matches have better odds.
My advice: forget it. Find a decent dating site or better, get out more often, join a club, or if you really are desperate, become an escort.
