After decades of being a loyal customer they have permanently lost my business. They sent me a watch with a damaged face which was shipped without a protective cover over the face. I contacted customer service and returned the watch. After they received the watch, they emailed me to tell me that the watch could only have been damaged by being worn. In other words, it was my fault and they could not possibly be responsible for it. I escalated to a supervisor on the phone who gave me a ridiculous story that multiple levels of management including a director agreed the damage did not happen on their end. Really? A director got involved on a $100 watch? I let them know after 35 years I will NEVER purchase another watch from them. Clearly their bottom line is suffering enough that they have to accuse customers of fraud. Outrageous. I disputed with AMEX and guess what? They don't call their customers LIARS...I will leave reviews everywhere I can to tell people how Swatch now treats its customers.

Waiting! The response from swatch is that they are still waiting for Toll to send them the watch back! How long will it take 6 months to get the refund they advertise! It is dishonest and very bad customer service! I strongly don't recommend to buy anything from swatch as they are lying and don't care about their clients and are not really willing to refund any money they just want to sell! That is unacceptable!

They are using a very bad Courrier company Toll and they have not refunded the money after 2 months I am still waiting it is dishonest

Tried to return a watch to the Swatch store in July 2017 and was told I couldn't even though the receipt stated it could be returned for merchandise credit (would have preferred a refund, but ok). Contacted the Swatch 'customer service' (yes, that deserves to be in quotes) and was told that I could return the watch by mail. I did so, per their instructions, FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY BTW. I only just got my first response, February 13th 2018. At this time they claim they attempted to contact me before (HOW? Did you yell into a shoe? I have no voicemails or emails from Swatch since July 2017) and that they can't give a refund because they received the watch too late. Apparently it either didn't arrive or wasn't processed until August. Well, wtf! Why would you tell a customer to send an item back at their cost, then just, oh I don't know, wait 7 months before changing your mind about it. And all this comes on top of an already horrid store experience (Swatch store in Grand Central station NY: stay away!) where I was first ignored for 20 minutes while one employee helped a customer and two were doing what I can only assume is 'inventory'. You could call it 'futzing with boxes while customers pile up behind you'. Then when I tried to return the watch they wouldn't let me. Rude about it too. But I guess I can thank Swatch for one thing. I'm turned off watches for life. No longer wear one. What a money saver!
Beautiful watches at an affordable price! It has a very lovely and stylish design that has not gone outdated since I brought it in 2011. It's still in superb condition and I have only repaired it four times for the past 9 years. I recently got another watch from and it is equally beautiful and a very good price deal. Hope it is similar to my previous watch
I have one of their sports model watches which I often wear very often and love to wear a lot. Swatch watches are continuing to be more innovative and really sporty. Can wear it any day cuz the design is just beautiful. I'm loving the sports collection and the one I purchase. Have already told my siblings about it too
