Answer: Paid for petro cards and never received anything. Owner is named Michael bailey, He lives in Ottawa or Gatineau. Still haven't received my money since then. They basically took my money and told my bank to reverse it while they still have it. Thieves!

I ordered 2 items in march/ and followed upon status. After several emails they said it was shipped and i should receive them in 3 weeks. It is now 6 weeks and they are not responding to me... no delivery. How can i get back my money

Question

I would like to know how you get MICHAEL the CEO to respond to emails. As head of the company he should be more responsible. I hope that his mother has more luck with her voucher for 'we massage' than I have, when I tried to use them I was told that they were expired even though the date stated was in September. Michael refused to answer numerous emails. Not a company to have faith in!
