ZERO Stars. I have never reviewed a lower rating. I am now months after I ordered. They do not receive phone calls nor respond to emails. Do not order from them and you will not be upset or frustrated. Check BBB reviews to find the tail of tears. I should have checked there first.

Loved my last order a couple of years ago from Swami Sportswear.
Ordered 2 pair sweatpant on Jan 12,22. It's March 7,22 & no sweats. Called Customer Service & got voice mail & can't leave message. Out $62.05. Filed complaint with BBB just like other people with the same complaint.

I placed an order over a month ago & I have not received any updated tracking or shipping information. I don't know if my order is ever coming & I spent close to $100 on items. I have ordered from them in the past & was so happy to receive my extra long sweatpants. I love that they offer them because they can be hard to find for tall women. I was excited to order more as the previous purchase was a few years ago & I'm in desperate need of a few more pairs. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by their customer support. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone. Left several messages & email for weeks and haven't gotten any kind of response or been able to get ahold of anyone. I will not be purchasing from here ever again, this is ridiculous.

I ordered 1 pair of pants for my father who is lying on his death bed. I wasn't sure how good the product was so I only ordered 1. They fit great (6'6") so I thought I would order a couple more to keep him warm. I have been waiting now for almost 2 months for these next ones to come. This is not a made up story and I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me, only my father who will not be able to wear these pants because he; ll be gone. And now it sounds like I'm gonna be fighting to get my money back. I have called and sent numerous emails. Most of those get rejected because of no such address. I'm not even gonna give them 1 star. I guess I have to give them 1 to submit.

This site does not have a wide range of sportswear. One of the few things they do offer though is custom made sweatpants. I am 6' 4" and finding a pair of sweatpants that don't look like "floods" is almost impossible. The site lets you choose size, color, # of pockets and, most importantly, inseam length. Since they are custom made, it takes a few weeks to receive your order. What you get though is 400 gram fleece sweatpants, custom made in the USA.

Impossible to return. Phone number on website does not work. Answering machine is a generic machine does not say the company name. I sent two emails trying to return my item before getting a response a week later. They did not give me enough info responsefor the return and now have sent 3 more emails over the past few weeks trying to get the rest of the info but have not gotten anything back. When the sweatpants came I asked for pockets but the pocket size could not even fit a phone

I paid for two pair of sweatpants from this company hoping that if they were good quality, I would stock up on several more pair. However, the sweats have not arrived, the order shows "unfilfilled" on their site, and I receive no response to my emails or my phone messages left on their service. I have just emailed them to say that I would give them as negative review as possible online so that others wouldn't be scammed like I was.

I do not like doing this. But Swami's customer service is terrible. It's non existent. Cannot contact through the number or e-mail.
