You will answer a long series of questions, and then just instantly get disqualified and left with nothing! Download a game and play it, and you'll be handsomely rewarded with: NOTHING!
I find it a waste of time to complete surveys 30 minutes a day for one month to cash out a 20 bucks amazon gift card. There are far better ways to make money online, like affiliate marketing for example. You can earn A LOT, I'm talking even 7 figures a month if you have the dedication. I've been an active member of Swagbucks for 2 years now and would definitely vouch for them. Having tried out multiple panels before, this is the only one that's been promising, and for the most part honest. They are consistent and offer many ways to earn aside from surveys. Although their customer service could use some improvement, they still deliver much more than most survey panels and the pros outweigh the cons. To date, I've made around $1000+ which is a lot more than any other survey site I've used. If you're looking to make some extra money on the side or something to account for leisure expenses, then I would recommend this company.

Here is my experience. I signed up in the beginning of June. Since that time I answered a lot of survays. Currently I have over 1500 swagbucks and most of them I earned through answering surveys.
A lot of the surveys take 10,15 min just to learn that I don't qualify. The survey i avoid is about movies, movie franchise which ask you a lot of questions which made me think I qualified but in 15 min just say that I don't qualify.
Twice I fulfilled offers but have not given any reward. This didn't bother me that much.
Here is where I started to feel upset and angry.
I answered a survey 20 min of my life to just be redirected to the page which said I have just as we're the survey and no reward. Too bad I did not take screenshots. I let it go.
When the same happened to me second time I was pieced. I took screenshots and sent them email with screenshots. I got an automatic reply that they received my complaint and blah blah blah. A week passed - no reply. I sent them second complaint. Around 2 weeks passed - no response. Obviously they do not care. In their FAQ they say that their customer service is very friendly but I doubt they have any.
Also I shopped through their website more than 2 weeks ago but still cant see the reward on my account. I do have an automatic email as a proof that I shopped but I don't thing it helps since their customer service ignores my complaints.
I haven't cashed out anything yet. Waiting till I reach certain amount.
Also the survey company which hasn't rewarded me for a 100 sb survey called PanelPoll. May be I have to contact them instead.
I don't know if I'm going to continue. I do shop a lot online but would probably stick to ebates.

I completed an offer for Swagbucks on May 5th, was not rewarded, and contacted them about it. They repeatedly lied until June 9th, claiming I had not completed the offer. On June 9th, they claimed to have fully rewarded me for the completed offer, but had only rewarded me for 1/5 of the offer's reward value. I have since June 13th written to them five times about the fact that I was still not rewarded properly, and they have altogether ignored me.

Over 90% of the surveys consist of you spending 15 minutes or more answering questions only to have them say(once they've gathered your information) that you don't fit the survey, so T. S.! A couple times maybe, but 90%? SCAM!

I have been collecting SB for years. I get anywhere from 100 to 500 in a day. They always give the gift cards. Yes they have some glitches but for what you have to do while watching TV or whatever it is really about the best out there

It's nonsense! You give them all your information and get nothing back instead! When you start taking a survey, their system keep getting you back to where you started and does not let you make any progress. You earn nothing!
