It's become a bit more difficult to get my swagbucks, keep getting disqualified for survery, and the videos you can watch on your phone, the bucks for those have been cut back quite a bit. BUT... I'm going to do this stuff anyway, so it's still a great deal. I love Swagbucks!

Points add up quickly, and they have a large variety of gift cards you can get, I have been a member for many years

Minor frustrations here and there, not qualifying for multiple surveys, videos suddenly not being available, but the frustrations are small compared to what's received! Would love more discovery options!

I think it's an exciting way to spend money and you get to choose how you save money, so that's a really nice part of swagbucks

Love this so far. Wish help tickets would be replied to quicker without just an auto response. Still trying to figure it all out but pretty happy so far.

Swagbucks is a great way to earn free holiday cash. Normally receive gift cards in 2-3 days. I was surprised this time it took a week to receive my digital gift card. But at still overall rate Swagbucks as a postive experience!

I would rate Swagbucks a 5 star however I shop several times a month, have selected swagbucks but haven't been rewarded. It's too involved to complete the form to be reimbursed for SB points. Also, the majority of the surveys disqualify you after a good amount of time answering the questions.

Easy to use and easy to cash out. Tons of ways to earn also. I log in daily and do the polls i also earn quick by doing the gold surveys.

I like watching the videos. I don't like it when it stops or has TOOO many videos in the bonus. Example watch 45 videos for 2 swagbucks. REALLY that's a lot. Watching 9 is ok

I love Swagbucks and use it every chance I get! Thank You for helping to cut my costs! I just wish doing the surveys was easier and not as time consuming.

Swagbuck is so wonderful for learning something new. Actually it is only for earning money, but also for learning a lot of new concepts.

100 to 200 points per video so it doesn't take all day or all night to earn points for gift cards. Then I would be more happy to use the website to rack up the points for gift cards etc. Right now I'm not because it takes at least 1 to to hours to at least earn 6 points for 20 videos, thats why I say 100 to 200 points so it doesn't take so long.

Pretty simple to use... need some extra cash? Do some shopping using the swagbucks.com search engine... get points!

One issue is sometimes you watch some videos or shop on some websites and you dont get points. Another is too many emails.

Fantastic best app ever and you are giving feedback and helping others its a great app for all ages if you ask me and i will continue to be a faithful iser

It would be nice if they lowered the redeem amounts a little bit. I was able to get my first gift card but it took a long time to do so.

I love Swagbucks. I don't use it as much as I would like just due to a crazy schedule. Getting matched for surveys is kinda a pain sometimes, but its fine. I do like how you can redeem your points to something that you will actually use!

Unless I shop it is hard to get points quickly any longer. I do enjoy it and will continue for now. Just wish it was a bit different.

Takes a long time to earn points. Even if I have hours to spend on the site, either I don't qualify for surveys or have to spend a bunch of $, which I can't and won't do. Because of this, now i onlu check periodically for possible new opportunities.

I've done well being an active member of Shwagbucks! Between shopping, answering surveys, and taking advantage of great offers, I have enjoyed shopping more, and earning great rewards for doing stuff I already do!

So simple to earn points which are redemable for gift cards, and other prizes. It's totally legit. Set a daily goal... and just get to it... search, answer survey's, online purchases (that you would already be doing!), answer daily poll, watch videos. Seriously, it's simple. I usually earn about $100/year doing these things.
