Needs improvement but not badit would be better if they made more ways to get points and for the items u buy more of a inventive to buy them I've spent a lot of money through my gift cards plus but for spending over 500to a thousand dollars and only getting 30 to 40 dollars which some was from polls and etc I think is a little low step it up or some other company will out pay u and u will I'm the end get put out of business also greddyneds is bad u could make more of a killing if deals where better
I use Swagbucks every single day for my search engine. I've seen other negative reviews on here but I have to say, I've never had a bit of trouble redeeming my bucks for giftcards and then using the cards. However, doing to surveys is another story! I don't spend a lot of time on them... I never seem to qualify.

I love most aspects of Swagbucks, the one thing I still have a lot to explore on the site like coupons, watch videos, etc. I will stay away from promised points for applying for credit, as I did exactly what it instructed for Fingerhut Credit Card, I did it through Swagbucks site and never received credit of 2500 points. That is a hard inquiry on my credit report, and I did not receive the promised benefit of the Swagbucks points. Customer Service said I did not apply through Swagbucks, however I did, so my answer was tough luck for this glitch, was a bummer. Lesson learned on those type of offers.
QUICK RECEIVING OF E-GIFT CARD! SO FAR VERY HAPPY! ALSO PURCHASED A GIFT CARD THAT WAS RECEIVED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. I WISH THERE WERE MORE SURVEYS THAT QUICKLY DETERMINED WHETHER I QUALIFIED OR NOT SO THAT I COULD BETTER USE MY TIME WHEN DOING THE SURVEYS BUT I STILL HAVE FOUND SWAGBUCKS TO BE A CREDITABLE SITE PROVIDING WHAT THEY CLAIM!

I love swagbucks. It stinks that a lot of surveys dont let me qualify and it takes for ever to get points, and Iv been having some issues with videos not working but otherwise swagbucks is great
I like Swagbucks but they need to pay more attention to their surveys. I use to do them all the time to earn Swagbucks but stopped due to not earning the points after spending 2 and 3 times the estimated amount of time they said theyd take. Then not to get points and then to have their customer service department half the time not issue those points. Now I just shop thru their links if they pay more than other sites and try to earn points watching videos then the app
Every day it's different. Some things work some don't. If it says it runs by itself it should run by it's self. I shouldn't have to get up and change it. Like continuous watching.
Great way earn cash and gift cards. Comes in extra handy at Christmas! I have enough this year to pay for all my gifts!
Most of the time I don't even realize I am so close to redeeming another paypal gift card. My only suggestion is not making surveys so hard to qualify for. It'll take me about 20-30 tries before I qualify for one that is worth it. I also think the longer the survey the more SB it should be worth. 45 minute surverys for 50 SB makes no sense. The payoff should be worth the effort.

I have tried several surveys on this site, each promising 100 swagbucks. I spend almost an hour doing the survey, only for it to tell me "not every survey can be a winner". Could have told me that an hour ago! Just there to take your information for free. I've also tried purchasing things to get swagbucks, and that never works. Now I only do free things on the site because nothing else can be trusted.
Simple to do surveys and watch videos to earn free giftcards! It is tough earning Swagbucks some days because the surveys are picky about who they left finish them. Also, some times they kick you out and you get nothing after wasting 10 minutes or so, which is very aggravating!
This is a wonderful way to spend spare time creatively making a little cash. Love this. There are so many ways to earn from games to shopping, searching, signing up for deals giving my opinions on surveys. I feel like I'm helping the products of our future and getting paid for it.
