I was a happy camper using Swagbucks to take surveys and earn points using the Chrome browser, then my display started missing items and now I can't even sign onto my account using Chrome. I have brought this to their attention, so hopefully it will be corrected soon. In the meantime, I am spending much less time on the site and of course doing fewer surveys and accumulating points slower because I have to use Internet Explorer. Chrome is my preferred web browser, so, unless they can fix the issues, I may stop doing surveys and go find another more reliable site to take surveys and accumulate points to redeem on useful stuff.
It takes some patience and work, but you can definitely earn money with Swagbucks. Like anything, you run into a glitch now and again, but I am satisfied with the site. I was able to pay for Christmas with Swagbucks, and now, I'm saving up for a vacation.

Pretty cool but it seems to take a while to earn points. When you search around you are supposed to colle t swagbucks awards but I don't believe I do most of the time.

Overall I can say I've enjoyed this program. I've made over $900 in earnings since joining last year in July. No it's not perfect by any means but still doable and suitable enough for me. There are a few things that could be fixed such as the amount of stoppages or freezes that occurs on occasion during certain ads. Also there needs to be a way where you can run the playlists continually without worrying about whether you need to check back to make sure you don't need to press a button or two in order to keep the videos flowing especially during the night.
