I've been a Swagbucks contributor for a long time now. It hasn't been perfect, but issues are to be expected from time to time in any business. I'm a generally patient and understanding guy, but a recent experience has me bristling mad. Basically, Swagbucks advertised an 11,000 SB bonus during a period where extra points would be applied to completed surveys. I completed the survey in a timely manner, as quickly as the content would allow, and gave very thorough feedback about the products. I received the initial payout without issue, but when it came to the bonus amount, Swagbucks claimed that, because the survey results were credited too late, I had missed the bonus points window. Excuse me? I have literally no control over when points are credited. That's the website's job. So because of something *Swagbucks* did, *Swagbucks* penalized ME. That's like punching someone and then blaming them for getting punched. Their 'apology' was a non-apology at best and passive-aggressive at worst. Be aware that any payout that could be considered 'large' - like this one - can conveniently 'disappear' when they don't feel like honoring it. SO disappointed in them.

This site only "accepts" members they can spy on. They view and sell your facial expressions, comments, and all of your personal data. All of it. If you use an email from a reputable site such as Protonmail they won't accept you as a respondent since they can't profit off your private email such as Google and Yahoo data monger sites. They will betray you, steal all your info and watch in a 1x1 pixel camera everything you are doing or saying anywhere near your device. Let that sink in for a minute. Don't believe me?
