They will get you to answer a lot of questions in a survey then suddenly tell you the survey is "full" or you don't qualify. This is after you've answered 20 or more questions. Also, they have you answer the same questions over and over - age, gender, race, location, education, income. Sometimes these are asked 2 or 3 times in the same survey.

Don't use this if you aren't a very patient person. You will be turned down from surveys if you aren't a good fit. That can be frustrating at times, but if you continue sticking to it everything will work out. There are plenty of surveys, so no need to worry. Don't expect to get rich ether. They do pay probably the best out of every survey website I've seen, but that isn't saying much. They do pay though, and it's not too complicated to get your money as long as you put in the right information.

While yes, you can take surveys and earn money, It really restricts you from earning your money you spent time on. It took me 3 hours to attempt to get my cash, and I never got past the verification process. I don't recommend wasting your time on taking the surveys, you won't really get what you really earned.

Wasted about a day taking surveys and when I finally reach five bucks, I can't have it. They claim to require photo id. They provide an app for that. The app reports a clear photo on my CDL as blurry. Same for my wifes dl and her employer id. NONE of these photos are blurry and both of out phone camera lenses are clean. This is just an excuse to not actually payout. It's a scam.

This survey site does pay, I have cashed out several times before. The average pay per survey attempted was 15 cents. You need a phone number to "verify identity". HOWEVER, the last time I cashed out, I had to fight through emails for 4 days to cash out $13 dollars. A phone number does NOT verify who somebody is!

Payouts are outrageously low considering the time put in to the surveys. More and more often now so many survey takers complain of spending upwards of 30 minutes on a survey only to be told they do not quality. Then there is the infamous " survey is full " message that pops up after completing a survey. FWIW I was one of the best survey takers according to feedback from survey junkie. Only managing to take in approx $9 per day for a month or so. After this time period, then available surveys became few and far between. Basically, you are cut off upon completing a set number of surveys. There is absolutely nothing to recommend about survey junkie or maybe taking surveys in general. Don't make the same mistake countless others make when it comes to taking surveys.

I've been doing these for a while and have cashed out a ton of e gift cards. I just went to redeem $20 for an e gift card and like most people here, i was blocked out. I sent them several emails one questioning their transparency and a copy of the many complaints like here and let them know that I'd be contacting BBB. In short, had my account up and running 8 hours later and open to redeem points for an e gift card. I never received a response from customer service though so, thats telling.

I have requested to redeem my earnings three times. Each time, Surveyjunkie says that an email was sent to me and when it arrives, enter the verification code. They never sent the email. I think it is about time we get the Federal Government in to challenge their authenticity.

I did nothing wrong and they blocked my profile from doing anything anymore. When I try to login all it says is "blocked for security reasons" WHAT SECURITY REASONS!? I was just doing surveys. I guess where I went wrong was contacting their customer service about a problem I was having huh? My bad. Someone should really contact somebody who can take this website down. We all know it's a scam at this point. How long are they going to get away with this?

I completed, took longer than stated and after completion, they refused the points i was to receive. Then stated they already gave them to me, yet my total points, never raised, it stayed the same amount. This is fraud. Stay the hell away!

Every other survey you complete gets stolen from you. You get disqualified for untruthful answers, survey filled up or survey was rejected when it kicks back to Survey Junkie even though you completed the survey, it shows 100% and you see "thank you for completing the survey". You report it to survey Junkie and all they do is tell you some bull$#*! lie and give you 10 "bonus points" when they just stole 400 points from you. Nothing but piece of $#*! thieves.

I've been using Survey Junkie for a while now and always thought it was a decent survey site. Even though it takes a while to build up enough points to redeem, money is redeem instantly in paypal and I never had any issues with it. However, recently I've been hardly getting any surveys, and when I do, I'm either screened out immediately and receive no points (not even the 2-3 points you usually get after being screened out) or more often I get a message saying "WE'RE SORRY" with no further explanation. This used to happen very rarely but now almost every surveys gets the 'We're sorry' message and no points. It's become ridiculous and a waste of time. Don't bother.

I took the whole survey. Supposed to be 140 points. The survey asked a bunch of questions about wireless service plans and providers. I answered all the questions. When I finished tge survey, they say I don't qualify and give me 3 lousy points instead of 140. So, they stole my time by being sneaks and deceivers. Worthless thieves, in my opinion.

I spent a lot of time completing surveys which were necessary to reach the $5.00 minimum.
When I tried to receive payment, I was requested a camera photo along with my driver's license information. Really? I felt it was to discourage people from getting payment. My advice is not to waste your time.

I filled all surveys and when it was time to redeem, you must give a U.S. phone number. This Paypal account redeem possibility is a scam. Don't lose your time on this. They make things impossible to redeem for Foreign countries out of US. SCAM
