My ESA experience was really good overall. It did not take long to receive my documents also the videos and steps were very helpful. I had to contact customer service regarding the products and about the bundle offers and the live chat representative was easy to speak with. The only the thing I would like to be able to do is speak with is a person by phone and would recommend a phone number I was not able to find one.

It was a bit confusing to me. I did not get the certificate this time and was not sure if I had to purchase new ESA ID card and tag, I have all three from my first enrollment.

My date may be a little off cause I actually got this a month ago two months ago somewhere in there, but my dog is protected. I was able to travel via plane with her documents and it was totally worth it.
