Called to let them know that one of the many toners I ordered is defective and grinds when I print. It jams the first 1" of the page to be printed. Took the defective one out and tried my old one which was almost out of ink and worked fine. Took a new one off the shelf and it worked fine. It is a defective unit and they want a picture. Send a photo of two toners with their boxes and they said they need the serial # included in the photo. This is a $15 part. Send it and move on. I'm not taking any more photos and not doing biz with them ever again. 4 or 5 years ago they sent me a defective toner which did not print properly and when I called them they sent another one the next day. If they have changed their return policies to that of taking photos of serial numbers, then they can kiss my...
I've ordered multiple times from this company and have found their products to be outstanding. There ship times have been excellent and the quality is tops. I had one issue and their Customer Service department was very helpful and sent out a replacement at no charge. I'm saving a fortune over OEM ink and toner. Will use again. Best, Gerald

Purchased ink from these company. For some reason, they say that the order was delivered and signed for by someone that doesn't exist in our company.
Spoke to someone on Friday, I was promised a response by the next business date. It is Tuesday and and still no answer, the best they can tell me is to wait until the courier finds the package before I can get the issue resolved. I guess until then I will use hopes and dreams to print in the office.
Highly advise you not to trust this company. Go to a brick and mortar store if you have to. Don't buy from them at all.
I also bought ink from this company and only received part of my order. After reading the reviews, I see this happens to others as well. Customer service will not answer or return calls. Will not be getting my business again.
I order two cartridges for my printer that supplied outlet promised would be compatible with my printer. The cartridge does not even begin to fit. When I tried to return them, I get a respond of not being able to return them. Now I have to try to dispute it with my credit card and hopefully get some results

Watch out for these people. They only send part of your order and claim they send the whole thing! When you inquire they give you the run around 'can't find your emails', 'weight shows it was shipped'. And since they did ship a small part of your order they use the tracking number to fight you when you complain with your credit card company. In fact, that is the only thing they will work on: keeping your money without giving you your stuff!

I bought a drum and two toners from them. The drum was totally defective (only prints on less than 10% of the paper). I told them I want to return the drum and also the toners because they make crap and I don't trust them, and they want a 20% restocking fee!

Purchased a toner cartridge from them for my office printer (had previously purchased toner cartridges a few times prior). When I removed the cartridge from the package, toner leaked out of the cartridge all over my khaki pants (obviously ruining them). I've had this printer for years and never had a single cartridge from any other supplier leak toner. I contacted Supplies Outlet customer support. Besides asking for a refund, I also asked that they cover my dry cleaner bill (as I was hopeful they might be able to remove the toner and save the pants. I was told they would credit the cartridge but not pay the cleaning bill. I ultimately reached a manager who first blamed me and (wrongly assumed) I had opened a package that was visibly covered in toner. I explained the outer package had no signs that toner was leaking from the cartridge. She simply stated "we are not responsible for your dry cleaning bill" but would issue a refund for the cartridges once they were received back (by the way, they left it to me to find a box large enough to ship the 2 cartridge boxes back to them). Somehow they believe that toner getting all over a customer is not an obvious outcome of a defective product.
