I have always love watching ‘The Mama’s Family before so I took a chance to buy this complete DVD collection from superspatial.com. The DVDs were delivered in a well-timed fashion. When I checked each discs, I noticed that the whole set I received are not the highest quality as what I expected. I immediately contacted the company regarding this issue because I thought it was a high-definition like the other DVDs being sold in the market. They answered within few hours and informed me that it was a Collector’s/Fan edition and they offered me for a partial refund. I accepted the refund because aside from the quality issue, all discs are playing very well in our DVD player and this set contained the complete episodes for an inexpensive price. Overall, it is a good collector’s set and to sum up, the company is excellent in providing customer satisfaction.

I decided to purchase my all-time favorite show – "Murder She Wrote" from superspatial.com. At first, I thought this was not a legit website because I didn't receive a confirmation email upon placing the order and forwarding my payment. I tried to contact the seller and asked for the tracking information of my order as well as the conformation email. The next day, they forwarded all the necessary information I needed. The shipping of the product has been gone for 10 days and doesn't arrive yet so I emailed Superspatial again to ask the current status of my order. They explained to me that the competence of the mail service is out of their control and asked me to wait for the next few days. I received the package the next day. I went to check the package and to my surprise, I encountered no problem with all the discs I checked. The quality of the discs is very splendid! I feel grateful for the support this company has showed me. I personally recommend this company to each and everyone looking for a more affordable price of classic TV series.
