When I opened the package and tested the very first discs, I was kinda surprised because it has great quality. Both audio and video are very clear. I enjoyed watching the show but when I’m on the 10th discs, it didn’t play at all. I emailed the company immediately and asked why I received a defective disc. They replied quickly and advised to check the remaining discs because they send one-time free shipping of replacements. I gave them the complete list of faulty discs, and out of the 16 DVDs I received, I found 3 defective discs. They managed to replace those ones and delivered it after a week. When I checked the replacements, it all played smoothly in my DVD player without defects. This company really provided me a full customer satisfaction.
