Although I was not satisfied with two items ordered, I must say the service overall from beginning to end was totally professional. Buying 10 times the spaghetti and site shows "You qualify for free shipping" then while checking out I am being charged $6.99 shipping. I had to add an 11th pack in order to get the free shipping. I know it is due to the discount subtracted by the site but this should NOT have happened since original purchase was $69.90. You should fix this OR not show that I qualify when I ultimately don't.
