Supermarket Italy

Every thing was as expected except for the cookies delivered. The paper invoice and e-invoice both described the cookies gluten free. However while eating one lemon cookie noticed the first ingredient was wheat flour. Lesson learned. Sick last night and today.

I was looking for Torrone, and found it here!
I got a bit surprised when I received a tracking number that said "Delivery cancelled by Sender".
No additional communication was available, so after the weekend, I made several attempts to contact the store via chat and telephone. The hours listed don't seem to be accurate. I finally got a live person, who explained that there was a problem with the shipping address, which was being corrected.
Everything arrived as expected, so I will give them another chance but not until after the holidays.

Shipping on my last order was prompt. I pretty much stick to Amazon or companies I know well. This is the second time I've ordered the semolina and I've been looking all over for the cannellini beans. So far I'm really happy with this market.

Product arrived in excellent condition. All flavors ordered were in stock except for one which I did receive an immediate refund. Probably the best job of packing an order I have ever received. Will definately order from this company again.

I'm unable to find high quality pastas in my area (mid-west US) and other distributors are unreliable (amazon!). Was able to buy my product at a reasonable price. It helps to buy in bulk to offset shipping costs. Prices on this site are actually quite good relative to other sources.

Always great products and perfect wrappings, boxing...BUT, once again there was no place to send an enclosed card from SENDER, or at least a placement of the Sender's name...
When I send an order to someone else, it arrives there with no names except your Company. That makes determining if it arrived there hard to know. It's a bit awkward to ask a recipient if it arrived - as if searching for a thank-you! Please include in mailing info, a place for a card, etc.

Buying 10 times the spaghetti and site shows "You qualify for free shipping" then while checking out I am being charged $6.99 shipping. I had to add an 11th pack in order to get the free shipping. I know it is due to the discount subtracted by the site but this should NOT have happened since original purchase was $69.90. You should fix this OR not show that I qualify when I ultimately don't.

Found item cheaper at local supermarket and not waiting for shipment.

I am always able to find my Italian food on Supermarket Italy. Everything I order comes quickly and fresh and I have never had any issues with them. Definitely a great shopping experience for delicious Italian food.

Searched all over for a cleaning product after finding it was no longer carried on Amazon. Found it on SupermarketItaly's website… which I had never heard if before. Ordered multiple before bottles of my beloved cleaning product. Guess what? Shipping was free for orders over $50! Best part was I received my shipment in less than 3 days from when I ordered it! WOW. Opened the box, and there were my bottles, packed so carefully and thoughtfully it was almost as if my mother packed them! Needless to say, I'm in love with SupermarketItaly and I'm looking for new reasons to order from them. SupermarketItaly, you are amazing!

I have been purchasing your Italian products for several years. Your selection of EVO Oils is excellent, oils vary from good to excellent.
You salami - at least the ones I purchased - are not good at all for my taste, and I am very familiar with Italian salamis.

I was skeptical to order from site as I had never heard about them but I gave it chance and was not disappointed. Top-notch products, fair prices and the products were packed very well and delivered without incident.

I purchase a lot of my order in the clearance section and they are a good bargain extravagance for me and my family. Web site is a bit wonky - for some reason it does not allow me to sign in to my account and I have not been able to resolve this problem. Other wise everything is very well packed and I am satisfied with my orders.

My Mother in law used to buy me a jar of this every Christmas. This product really is like a caviar. So delicious on crackers or in scrambled eggs. The flavor is so intense that just a little bit goes a long way. It takes a long time to use up a jar. These two I just bought will last me until Christmas. And they last up to a year in the fridge after they are opened.

Sicilia Lemon Juice is my favorite!
Supermarket Italy has the best prices (for the 7oz size) I've found.
From order placed to delivery was very quick. And they wrapped the contents well.
I will definitely order from them again!

First time I shop from Supermarket Italy, they really have a proffesional tracking system and keep updating the status... overall all products quality is very good...
But Unfortunately they dont ship to Indonesia... So I have to transit to my niece in USA. Then she will arrange to Indonesia for me...

Fast and efficient store, got exactly what I wanted and it shipped fast. My only issue is several of the Kimbo tins are dented (possibly losing the vacuum seal, will find out when I open my next tin.) and they all expire in March 2023 --- compared to the Kimbo tins I've gotten from Amazon which are good for a year+ typically.

I ordered 2 lbs. of olives, they came well packaged and in very good condition, my only complaint was how briny the olives were, had to rinse them under running water for a half hour to remove the saltiness to make them edible.

My experience with Supermarket Italy was rather seamless. I received the product swiftly and in good condition. A family member recommended Supermarket Italy to me and spoke positively of her experience as well.

Order was processed quickly & correctly. Everything was very well packed so that the various pastas ordered arrived unbroken. Have not had a chance to try everything that I ordered, but those that I've tried so far have been some of the best gluten free pastas that I have tried. The selection of different shaped GF pastas is awesome for anyone that needs to eat gluten free. So happy I found this site. I will most definitely be a return customer!
