I am Joaquim Mateus from SA, i come across this website while i was looking for some peripherals, to be short i did place order and confirmation was so quickly, from Bertha, as i am writing this i did receive my order yesterday 10/1/2024, all items received as described, it was my first time buying on SUNSKY and as i had good service, i already started recommending friends and colleagues, my items was not much as shown on pictures.

Paid $113.30 for an item after coupon, but the package is lost during transition. Which I do blame the delivery company more. However, after usps reimbursed me $106.35 (the insurance only covers up to $100, and $6.35 is the shipping charge). I did ask SUNSKY to refund the rest few dollars after, but they refused and said it's entirely delivery company's fault, and they won't refund any for it. Ok, but this indicates if you do purchase a lot, and the package is lost during transition, bad luck for you but they won't refund you a cent for it. I don't really suggest to purchase from this wholesaler. Even if it's not your fault, you should help the buyer get their money back from the delivery company, but in USPS unless you've purchased enough amount of insurance, you won't likely receive the amount you've lost, SUNSKY didn't mention any of insurance part, which they might also blame delivery company for it because it's not directly shipped by USPS but from a delivery company in China instead. Domestic shipping by USPS afterwards.

Cooperated with Sunsky one year. Service and shipping time is very good. Almost phone can be shipped out soon, and never lost.

I ordered a screen for a phone...The screen has now (after some days of use) a green line in the middle...

I bought a brand new smart phone and after a month it broke. So I asked the sunsky agent about the warranty and answer was that the phone has no warranty. How come a brand new phone has no warranty. Its some thing wrong with this picture. Beware

I order 3 items from Sunsky, the shipping time was fine, all item arrived then when box is unpack 2 items out of 3 has major crack/damage, I email the sale manager "Aster". His reply was this is not our company problem, you will not get a refund or replacement, as you did not purchase insurance for the package, as I remember correctly insurance was not offer at point of check out, clearly they don't care what you buy or who is buying as they don't take packing seriously, so to all buyer don't buy from this company,

The items are cheaper compared to other sites and the customer service Aster is also fantastic in answering your queries.

It takes 45 days when I got the consignments, maybe by bike to delivery. And the custom charges is high. They needs to find the more reliable courier or set up the overseas warehouse.

Hi. Their customer service are not so good, still waiting on answers when my new phone that I ordered will be send to me in South Africa. What I expect from them is that they only can send a email or message to tell that it will be send in day a day or two's time.
