In order to return items have to be shipped to China at astronomical shipping cost. Do not order from Sunkini. Shipped from USA but have to return to China.

These suits run very small. The emails with company to find out how to return are unprofessional and difficult to understand due to broken English. I ordered two items. Received one that is poorly made and very small. I was told second item is out of stock but could not be refunded until the item received was returned to China with tracking number! This cost more than I paid for both swim suits! This is truly a scam Do Not Order from this company!

We placed an order on June 6 and paid for rush shipping and additional $12.95 as it said it would be here within 5 to 7 business days. They did not arrive until June 26. The material is awful, so if you want to return them, you also are responsible for shipping. My suggestion, findi elsewhere. It is not worth the price that seems affordable

Took 3 weeks to get my entire order (4 suits), after 2 weeks I got 1 suit, the rest came later. They are all either fit for a small child or way too big and see through. Terrible quality. The customer service worse. Foreign customer service ( email only No phone number) you can tell they are foreign from broken English responses because they do not make sense). When I asked for a refund they said I had to pay shipping then they said to keep items and they would give me a discount on another order. No thank you, on that gesture! TERRIBLE! Don't shop here!

I received my swimsuit about 2 weeks after I ordered. The material is cheap and poorly made. Once I found a working email address, I asked for a return. I was informed that I had to pay for return shipping. I was fine with that since that's what their policy states. However, it needs to be returned to China which costs at least $20. The return address on the package was "maragaret" (no last name) in Indiana. Seems suspicious and like an intentionally misleading business model. They offered a 15% refund.

Do not purchase from this company. First off, I never got a confirmation of items purchased. Items will be delayed. They have terrible customer service. Cheap bathing suits that don't look as pictured. Some of the items I purchased haven't even done and I ordered 3+ weeks ago!

The bathing suits are cheap material and the sizing does not match their size charts. When I asked for a refund, they asked why I ordered two bathing suits with different sizes and that they don't do refunds for wrong size. Nowhere in their refund policy, does it say they don't do refunds For the wrong size. It appears that they won't do a refund at all so I am disputing with my credit card company. Stay away from this horrible company.

I was dumb to order through this site. It took over a month to get my order. The clothing was cheap and not even what I ordered. I sent an email to request a refund, per instructions on the website and their response was that the item I received "is just like the actual one but due to light and other factors it doesn't look like the picture advertised". Even if that was true it is false advertising. But clearly there is a swimsuit on their site that looks just like the one I received and it is not the one I ordered. I even sent them a picture of my order for comparison. The pants are cheap material and way too big. Poor quality product and even worse service.
Broken English response, took a while to even get an initial response.

This company is fraudulent based off the practice that they are based out of China but try to appear they are out of Indiana. They have a return policy that seems reasonable but fail to clearly state the item must be returned to China which will be more costly than the US. they offer you to keep the item that doesn't fit (their size chart is off) and offer 15% refund (essentially $5). Their practice is fraudulent bc most clothing places, people may buy multiple sizes and intend to return but then they're told in their email to customer service it will be too expensive and take too long to get to them and then offer the measly refund fo keep the item that doesn't work for you.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made purchases for my daughter. I am in the same boat as everyone else. Poor sizing, poor quality, bad communication and not offering a full refund if I pay shipping.

I have now had to pay $67 for return shipping to China and now waiting for its arrival to receive a full refund.

I had the same experience as another review. I ordered a couple different sizes. The suits are cheap as expected and look similar to ensure. They also came from "Tom Smith" in Marion Indiana. I sent multiple emails trying to get order number and information, it took weeks for shipment to get here. They want me to return to China, offered a 15% refund if I keep the items. When i first emailed to request return information, they responded asking exactly why I wanted to return and offered discount to order/keep different items and did not answer questions. This site is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I will be reporting to Facebook that advertised the site on my feed.

I wasn't sure if sizing so I bought a medium and a large knowing that an exchange would be easy based on their website. I emailed as per direction and was told I should just keep the small suit and they would send me a replacement if I covered the shipping cost. When I emailed to ask about the shipping cost, I got a broken reply telling me to check my email, they already answered me. When I said I just need the shipping cost they replied "?" What the hell? I will never buy from them again. Suits look like crap anyway. Not worth shipping to get another cheap suit.

I ordered a large and medium in the same swim suit because I was between sizes per their size chart. When I reached out to ask how I can return the size that is too big I had nothing but issues. First the email address you get when you go to the return section on their website comes back undeliverable. Once I finally got a good email the response I got from them was first why are you returning and when I explained that one size was too big I was told I didn't look at the size chart and couldn't return. I am very unhappy with this company and hope that no one ever purchases from them again.

Terrible quality and terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY from this company, or any of the many websites/Insta ads that have these same photos. The bathing suit and shorts were terrible quality, cheap material, poorly constructed, and looked only marginally like the pics on the website. Super shady shipping situation: label said it was from "Tom Smith" in Marion, Indiana. No packing slip inside, no company identifying info on the shipping label. I pulled up my PayPal history to find an email address to inquire about returns. The response came from someone in China, who asked why I wanted to return the items. I said they were poor quality and didn't fit. They asked for pictures. (Pictures!?) I sent them, and they offered to take back the items, but I'd need to pay shipping to an address in CHINA at a cost of $48. I paid $66 for the items. Alternatively, they'd refund me $10. Clearly not worth sending the crap back, so I'm out $56 with a lesson learned. FYI, the website clearly says that returns will be accepted within 15 days, and that shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. But it does NOT say the company is in CHINA. (Website email is *******@outlook.com. AVOID.)

The suit quality is very poor and to return you have to pay for shipping back to China. I also never received one of the suits I ordered and they have yet to send a refund for this suit.
