I placed an order for two items with Sunikini on May 31st. One was $50.00, and the other was $47.00, a total of $97.00, with no sales tax or shipping costs, which should have been an initial red flag. I paid via PayPal. I received both items mailed from a carrier called UBI Logistics, and the packaging had a "from" mailing address noted as Hefei Huanju Moyan Unit #16-17,3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, ON, L5L 5S5. Both items were of terrible quality and didn't fit at all. I am always a size large in bathing suits, so I knew this was just how mid-sized and cheap the quality was for it not to fit at all. I emailed the company's return email and asked for a return, which should have been fine according to their website return policy. Instead, I was asked multiple questions as to why. Such as "Didn't you use the size chart we provided carefully?" They then responded, never using a name, stating that my choices were: 1. To keep the garments and get 15% returned. 2. return the garments using an address provided in China: Hefei KuaXing Trading Company, Room 1701 Tian Yue Zhong Xin. Shushan District, Hefei, China, *******, Contact Lee, Phone (+86) *******495. I advised them that I wasn't paying shipping to China to return these items as the shipping would cost more than the items! They said those were my options. I asked for a return label, and they told me all shipping costs were my responsibility. I sent them a picture of the package address from Mississauga, as noted below, and asked if these products were shipped to me from the noted Mississauga address and why I couldn't return them there. They said there is a warehouse and aftersale department, but none of this made any sense. The respondent's English was very broken and unprofessional, and aside from getting a quick response, their customer service was terrible. There was no number anywhere to be found for this company. I have reported them to the BBB and suggest you do as well, or stay far away this company is a SCAM!
