So I live on a relatively repetitive diet since my parents were kind enough to gift me with some fun genetic issues: diabetes, Crohn's, being ugly, etc. Over the years, I was able to get rid of diabetes simply by diet and exercise alone. Both of those things have helped my Crohns's issue quite a bit as well. Unfortunately, only masks and brown paper bags fix the ugly part... That said, I take a lot of supplements since I can't eat a lot of different fruits and veggies due to the high carb or sugar content. Plus, mangos are known to be A-holes, and I try my best to avoid them! That all said, I've found that Sun Down offers a wide variety of things at a pretty inexpensive price. I can say this honestly because I'm super cheap! So if you're like me and you care about your health despite looking like someone beat you with a waffle iron... I'd recommend checking these folks out. I mean, even if you want some nutrients you might not be getting from your diet and are looking for a good source, you might also consider Sun Down.
