Sundae Muse

After reading reviews it looks like many are experiencing delays with their orders. I paid extra money for express shipping and there was no mention of shipping delays or issues do to the pandemic. I need the dress for a special even & I now wish I would have shopped somewhere else.

Sundae muse has one of the best customer service help I have ever seen, both Joyce and Jonah were able to help me cancel an order which I had mistakenly order in the wrong size in incredible time. They replied to my messages straight away and stayed with me throughout the whole process answering any of my question with ease and kindness. Definitely recommend Sundae muse to anyone, especially if you have trouble trusting customer service, they will not let you down.

My order was sent back to Sundae Muse because I was not able to collect it from the post office (although I tried contacting the post office multiple times before they returned it to the sender without notifying me). Thankfully Jonah from Sundae Muse let me know and had my order re-sent to my new address at no additional cost. Jonah also kept me updated on the delivery status to make sure that I received my order. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

I'm hesitant when purchasing online but was extremely happy with this company.
They were quick, had great communication (confirmation and tracking of item system), And very efficient!
The item I purchased was packed and sent within a few hours and I received it the next business day. Very fast, lovely to deal with and the clothing is amazing. Beautiful colour, great fit & great quality.

Do not order from this company.
They never shipped my dress after I ordered back in February. Kept getting messages saying there were delays at the warehouse even though I paid for express shipping so I would receive in time for a wedding I was attending.
1 month later they finally tell me they can't fulfil my order.
Don't even bother looking at the website coz you will regret it.

I've bought from Sunday muse before and loved it.
The items I bought this time I had to return them all as they did not fit my chest.
Shame that don't cater for different body types.

It is such a gorgeous dress!
Makes me feel sexy but sophisticated at the same time, it fitted really nice as well, got sizes (S).

I have written to them multiple times, 3 times via instagram and once via email and their answers are apologies or excuses as "We are almost back on track". I paid for express shipping which is not worth it at all. Ooh. And they haven't sent my dresses, but I do have received 3 emails asking me to rate my purchase and my experience... well, let me tell you WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

It's so bad I want to give you a zero. But that's not possible so I give you a one.

Some days, you look at a dress online and go... it's super cute but in person, who knows? You look at the return policy and you order WAY ahead of the event incase you need to find another one. This dress was all that for me. But when it arrived it's was AMAZING! Perfect fit, perfect style for the theme and the colour was a perfect natural linen looking colour. My only suggestion - can we have it in a natural white colour?

My experience with Sundae Muse was excellent! The size fit me very well, as I could see it in US sizing. When I wrote through email to them, they always answered very fast, even with the time hour difference. I loved ordering from here!

I ordered a few items mid February and till today, I have yet to receive them. I tried to email them and even asked for a cancellation and refund which they said they cannot do that. Their excuse is warehouse problems, which has been going on for months based on the reviews I read. Dont waste your time and money. This store is not worth it.

This was my first time ordering from Sundae Muse. I love both my playsuits and the only negative thing I have is that one of them has a piece of fabric that broke away from the stitching leaving a small hole. Nothing I can't fix on my own, but for the price I expected a little bit better quality. The overall fit of the playsuits are perfect though.

Nothing but a positive experience with Sundae Muse. My order was placed and I received an email the following day saying my items had been shipped. There was one item missing which I emailed about and received a response same day advising stock levels had been out on the website, I was immediately offered a refund or credit note + 10% as well as an apology. Sundae Muse also emailed following confirming I had received my refund. My package arrived this morning and I'm very happy with my items. Thank you :)

I have ordered five items for my daughter's birthday. After a long wait, they finally arrived. However, only four have arrived and there was no explanation about the status of the item which has not been delivered. We followed up with an inquiry and we have not heard back. Unless we receive an explanation, along with the missing item, we will not be ordering again from this site.
