I had Kayce make me a ring for my dad who passed away and the wait was completely worth it. I don't understand the ratings stating bad customer service, the wait times were as expected and status was updated as promised on their spreadsheet. The quality of the ring is incredible, far more awesome in person than the picture. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Kayce for such a sentimental piece.

I am extremely disappointed with my ring. My order took almost four months and when I reached out (many times) to inquire about the status, I was either ignored or responded to in a curt manner. I received it today with scratches in the gold and air bubbles in the opal stone. I have read other reviews with a similar experience and the owner simply responded by placing blame on the customer. I am posting my review immediately to avoid being blamed. This is extremely upsetting considering I was hoping to have something to honor the memory of my father.

I have ordered multiple times from Kayce over the years. I have always received excellent customer service, amazingly put together pieces of jewelry, and well packaged items. I have pieces of jewelry that I have warn for years that still look just as beautiful as when I first got them. I recommend this business to all of my friends and family. A lot of love and attention goes into everything that is done by this business and its owners.

Not only did I experience horrific customer service, my cremation rings ashes fell out after owning for 2 weeks. No damage was done to this ring, however the shop owner is claiming this. Not only did my product fall apart, my order was over a month late with the shop owner never reaching out to me as to why. She states she was having surgery and if this is true, the shop should have temporality closed down until the shop owner could reply back, notify and prove quality customer service. When I did reach out, it took several days for her to reply and she was always very short and inconsiderate. This was someone that was very dear and close to me and the way I have been treated makes me not want to ever order through Etsy again. It's why I asked for a full refund, as I no desire to work with this shop ever again. I have never encountered worse customer service or such a poorly made product.

When I received the ring back in the mail, it was fairly obvious that some severe damage had happened to it. There were cuts in the gold on top of the ring that were so deep you could catch your nail in them if you ran it over the top of the ring. She did not want to allow me to repair it and demanded a full refund (which I do not do.) We always repair items free of charge if it’s something we are responsible for, and charge on a case by case basis if the item was damaged (like this one.) I even offered to fix it completely at my cost but she refused. Please make sure you understand my policies before purchasing, it helps a lot of headaches on both parties ends when issues like this come up. I cannot issue refunds for personalized items (this was engraved) and because of the nature of the pieces containing ashes, we can not issue refunds. We send a waiver with all collection kits that require a signature to sign off on understanding of our policies, which this customer did. Additionally, the customer was not understanding at all about the fact that I had emergency surgery and it was taking me a little bit to get around to answering messages. Please let it be noted that I post all updates via a public spreadsheet when emergencies arise to keep everyone updated. I am always accessible by phone during the week as well. This information is all publicly available, as well as in the packet you received with your collection kit.

Kayce walked me through all her designs and helped me customize my ring to commemorate my Lulu. The ring is gorgeous and the service was amazing, she is available by phone and even responded to my messages late at night. I highly recommend having Kayce make your cremation piece, it was completely worth the wait.

I've had nothing by great customer service from this seller. She states all the details in her pamphlet and even gave a cell phone number for any questions her customers may have. Something I really appreciate is that if you decide to add / or change any details on the order before it's processed, you have the opportunity to request that change. You can't really do that elsewhere. She's been great with communication and is very kind! I feel that she's had some pretty tough customers who have taken the anxiety and anger from losing someone close to them out on her. I appreciate all she does for us and her work is beautiful.

I had a very bad experience with this business. Customer service is not something this company even attempts to strive for. In my opinion the item received was of very poor quality. And they certainly do not stand behind what they sell. I wish I good give negative stars.

I engraved an urn pendant for this customer free of charge, she claimed she could not read that it said “Dad” because it was in cursive. I agreed to allow her to send it back for a refund. I never received the item back in the mail, but she opened a case on Etsy and I fully refunded it regardless of not having received it. She still went out of her way to open a complaint on BBB and leave reviews everywhere she could over the $7 she says she spent to send the pendant back. Really unpleasant transaction.

My ring is amazing and Kayce was so patient with all my questions throughout the process. She customized it exactly how I wanted it. I love all the little details in my ring, I highly recommend using her. She has so many options and price ranges to choose from. My ring is great quality and I have gotten so many compliments Thank you for my very special gift
