Strive mobile is awesome! I had my screen crack into pieces and thought it was trash. I had been using it with one tiny crack in it and all of a sudden this? So I get online, find this place and start chatting it up with a really cool tech and he got me to what I needed. I bought it and they shipped it FREE! When I got it my boyfriend fixed it really fast because they have online videos to help you. I love them! Thanks :)
I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.

It took me a lot longer to get apart then the video showed. I was a little nervous using a heat gun on my ipad but everything seemed to work out great.
I was a little hesitant about fixing my phone myself. But you cant beat the price compared to getting it done at a repair shop. I ordered my screen got it within a few days. I took my time and installed it within an hour. I'm pretty happy with the result and would fix it myself if I ever drop my phone again. One last thing, save yourself a lot of trouble and order the toolkit, those screws on a iphone are not regular screws.

My new screen was not sent in a box, just in a padded envelope. The digitizer was damaged and they would not accept a return, saying the part was used. I'm guessing that these other reviews are phony because IMHO, these people are crooks. Who can wait for an exchange when their phone isn't working?
