Wow - it's not often that I received such good customer service that it literally made my weekend! I order an iPhone replacement screen (which came really quickly) but unfortunately, I had ordered the incorrect model number. I contacted Strive Mobile and was instructed to return the incorrect version and once received, they would credit my account so I could place a new order. Well, several days after returning the incorrect screen, I received an email notification that my order had shipped. Since I hadn't actually placed an order, I quickly contacted customer care to inquire. They had kept notes from my previous call and went ahead and shipped the correct model. Again, it's not often that a company goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. Thanks so much Strive Mobile!
This site is really cool! I used the live chat and ended up fixing my own phone MYSELF! It was really not that hard and the tech helped me the whole way. Now I plan on fixing other peoples phones part time that is how confident I am. Awesome parts, great techs, cool site with all kinds of stuff to check out, free shipping and FAST! Reliability rocks! This site is very user friendly and you do not even have to interact with a person to purchase. The live chat feature is really great. You can double check if you have gotten the right part for your repair (from a human) and then buy it and check out on the site! Price is right and shipping is free. I mean, free. Easy, helpful and fast. I recommend to all.
I ordered from Strive Mobile because of their free shipping and the repair guide they had for the HTC Evo 4g. I had a cracked screen and ordered this part - http://www.strivemobile.com/htc-evo-4g-touch-screen-digitizer-replacement with their toolkit. The package came in a nice box and lots of protection. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, so incredibly fast shipping for being free. I swapped out the screen in about an hour using their guides and couldn’t be happier with their service! Will definitely use in the future if I have another broken screen! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Strive mobile is awesome! I had my screen crack into pieces and thought it was trash. I had been using it with one tiny crack in it and all of a sudden this? So I get online, find this place and start chatting it up with a really cool tech and he got me to what I needed. I bought it and they shipped it FREE! Only site I found that has free shipping. Quality was excellent, suppot was great. I actually had fun fixing my broken iphone. Took only 30 minutes. Now i am going to fix my brothers Samsung S4. Highly recommend.
I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.
I have replaced over 30 screens on multiple iPhones and made purchases from multiple suppliers. I ordered 2 screens from StriveMobile and installed them on 2 different phones. Both times the screens overheated the phone to the point the phone wouldn't work. I replaced the screens on the same phones, and the phones worked fine. I sent the screen back for a refund, but since the couldn't replicate the issue, there was no refund. They don't stand by their product.
On another note, their website and email notifications are vague with little information on what was ordered.
I will never do business with them again.
Apple care gets you up to 2 replacements on their phones for one time fee of 100$. Strive mobile is a $#*!ing rip off do not buy it! Don't pay for it! Hire someone to fix your phone you could get that done for 100$ do not buy their products. They have a 20% restock fee if you try and return things and and tool kits are non refundable. You will be ripped off!
Screen came not working, payed returned for replacement and was told flex cable has physical damage and claimed I did it. It took me 9 days to get in contact with someone, I realize that if I choose sales, someone pickup but no one picks up for customer support. I followed the instructions, test before installing. Anyway I ended up paying to have them send the damage product back to me. When received, the flex cable was pulled out from the screen which they claimed I did. Also, keep in mind that there is 2 departments, repair and sales. Repair section ripped the cable and send it to the sales department and told them they got it back like that. Total rip off! Wasted $80 on iPhone 5s screen. I replaced 4 phones before using other websites. StriveMobile is a rip off! You have been warned!
Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.
I ordered a repair kit 3 days ago. I havent received any shipping info yet. The site clearly states shipped same day on orders placed before 7pm. Even paid for expedited shipping. The only contact I've received from these people is a response to an email asking what was going on and they informed me that the billing team has released it for shipping, and that was over 48hrs after i placed it. That's some b. S.

I recently bought a do it yourself kit and was very happy with the service. The kit included all tools needed to perform a repair at a discounted price and the shipping was great i highly recommend this site and will do business with them again!
I ordered the wrong screen for my cell, Strive took it back and helped me find the right one. With the tools and video instructions I did it myself. I am happy I saved money.
My cell was down for about two hours.
The video tutorial was detailed and purchasing the replacement part for my iPad 2 was seamless. I was very satisfied with price of the replacement part and how quickly it was shipped. I will definitely use strivemobile.com in the future.
Overall I was very impressed with my experience buying from strivemobile.com. I bought the part I needed for a cheap price, the item was shipped fast, and the part worked perfectly.
If you buy from StriveMobile then hope you get the correct and working part. If you don't then you are out of luck, don't even bother asking for a refund, you once get one and you will just be out of the money you spent shipping the product back to them. Trust me on this, you will be a lot happier if you simple write off the money you spent on the product then trying to get a refund. That said, if you do research before you buy and you see this review, know that this is a terrible company to deal with if you have a problem with what they sell you.
Sent wrong part and gave me RMA for return. When they received the return, they failed to issue a refund because i did not send back within 10 days. Unsure how that entitles them to keep my money and the wrong part that I paid to send back. I would give negative stars if possible.
What i bought was well discribed by the seller. The product was delivered to me faster then I thought. I would recommend buying from here to anyone. Extremely easy to browse and to pay. Thanks again.
