I bought two screens from this subpar 'company', and both were defective. They did not return any of my three phone calls, but I called a fourth time and told them that I would file a lawsuit to get my money back if they did not return my phone call within 48 hours. Magically, they answered almost immediately. They gave me some cliche line about their phone systems being down, even though they somehow received my voicemail about the lawsuit... Get the picture? Even though they got my lawsuit message, they refused to give me my money back, or even replace them. Unless you want to have to file a lawsuit against this company because they won't return your money, I suggest that you buy from ANYWHERE but these scumbags.

I was sold a defective screen. When I sent it back for refund they refused saying that it was installed by me (true: it was how I found out it was defective), a screw was missing (that was how I received it) and the protective screen had been removed and replaced (it was necessary to see if that is what was preventing the touch screen from working). The company did not deny that the screen was defective and instead relied on b. S. technicalities to refuse to refund.

If you need any kind of parts for your iPhone, iPad, iPod or other hand held device I suggest you give StriveMobile.com a call, or at least check out their website! Even if you are as tech savvy as a rock, these people can help! I cannot say anything bad about them as the process was an easy one and the guys there are very intelligent. Not arrogant, though!
