Sad excuse for true customer service... better monitor every move they make. Big promises and hard sell of the prospective customer... weird relationship that made me want to walk... glad I did... just feeding off my bad experiences to manipulate their sales tactics. Just a very unprofessional feeling that made me want to run and spend my money elsewhere

The most important part of this review of streamsend is that their price is significantly more expensive than other email marketing companies. They need to drop this price if they want new clients. I will say that we liked the service despite the price for the reason of not having another companies logo at the bottom of our email newsletter. The whole "powered by company name" at the bottom of your company's newsletter is ridiculous and I am not sure why this is one of the only email newsletter companies that don't have it. Streamsend also has a very neat email analysis tool that helps you check your email newsletter for potential red flags that might get it send to a spam inbox instead of your customer's inbox.

Beware of auto-stealing money.
Service independently blocked me, disconnected from the newsletters. However, the money charge did not stop)
Collected from me 100 dollars.
Aaaand return refused!
They say that we go to the acc, and choose new plan (after we were blocked)).
That is! We were blocked, but still went and switched on the tariff plan.
Magic!

Saved the day
September 12, 2017

Was stuck on a tight busy season deadline and was having trouble with ankther provider which I will not name, however, when I contacted streamsend, I got a quote, and was helped with being on boarded quickly within 30 days.

Avoid Streamsend

Be very cautious of using Streamsend... I've used them for the past 7 or so years (religiously paying our monthly subscription) but the service levels over the past year have deteriorated to a shocking level.

Their service agents are rude, unhelpful and (even when the fault is clearly theirs) unapologetic.

Despite paying for service over the last few months I have not received the paid for service due to stupid technicalities on their system.
For instance this last month our blast was withheld because (despite our mailer having a full address included at the bottom of the mailer) their send system changed and the full address wasn't duplicated in their system footer (directly under the address in our mailer) - as a result they held back the blast into the following billing period and wrote off all our credits!

They refuse to refund the credits for the blast they withheld - even though they admit the address did appear in the message.

It's one headache after the next with Streamsend and the manner they handle queries certainly doesn't make me feel like a valued customer.

I'm taking my business elsewhere.
