I second this as a scam. They will contact you via WhattsApp, they will even join you into a chat group of other users which is all part of the scam. Basically they will build trust to try to get you to deposit money with the promise of big returns but then they will hit you with a very large "advance" amount, could be $50-60K or more, that you will likely not be able to pay and they say that you cannot get your previously invested money until you make the advance, but the catch is that there is no limit to the value which the advance can be so it could be $100K or more. Anyway, its a pretty elaborate and well resourced scam, presumably because they are making lots of money and can afford to invest lots of people hours, so it comes across as promising and I can see how people could easily lose big.

Been using their app for months now trying to mine so that I can use the balance to trade. Was having no problems mining but suddenly one day I was automatically logged out from my account when I logged back in all my mined balance returned to zero. I tried getting in touch with their support nobody was responding. All I can say don't waste your time and too dangerous to deposit funds you might end up with nothing suddenly.

I'll try to keep it short. Mining is very slow and then they'll tell you if you deposit money you get a status upgrade. That's when it starts going fast but if you try to get the money out, you're asked to verify and of course it doesn't work and that's it. They say you can only try once and if doesn't work you loose what you have.
On the trade side, the trades disappear and if you are making money on the ones that don't, when you close them you end up making way less for some reason. Total scam and waste of time. It's a shame cause it's very easy to use
Oh and whitdraw a of the money you deposit are supposedly done manually and don't get processed so you loose that also. They say they will contact you, good luck with that.

Crypto market StormGain doesn't let me to withdraw my funds in my wallet. It has been more than 1 year since I sent them first e-mail about this. I sent all the documents they asked. They blocked withdrawal under the name of "Know Your Customer". They response my e-mails months later and they want same documents again and again even after I completed to send all of them already. They are scammers.

I had 3LTC in my wallet transferred from coinbase, set it to exchange in a limit order, it then was stuck for 5 months with "please try to cancel again". Price finally hit the limit order sale price & still no trade. I now have 3LTC not available. Customer support have been contacted repeatedly, every time the replies are templates that don't acknowledge or offer any remedy. Their chat feature is a useless bot, their customer support contact form just gives generic replies & replying to the emails from Stormgain gets "this email address is not monitored".

As a result, Stormgain is currently liable for 3LTC owed to me, and has a lot to answer for with their attempts at sounding professional with their generic replies. They also have been caught numerous times deleting negative reviews on Trustpilot & Google play store. If you find replies from them you will see they are generic template responses urging people to go to app.stormgain.com/#modal_sfFeedback, this is just to look professional, the address just sends you to a login loop.

My favourite of their template replies I've received over the last 6 months since trying to sort this out is... "This difficulty is still relevant for some of our clients. Responsible specialists are aware of this situation and are already dealing with the elimination of this problem. This takes more time and, unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of the solution in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The situation will be corrected as soon as possible."...

A pointless word jumble that is a template one, you will not speak to a human, get your money back or feel any positivity towards this scam "exchange"
