I had 3LTC in my wallet transferred from coinbase, set it to exchange in a limit order, it then was stuck for 5 months with "please try to cancel again". Price finally hit the limit order sale price & still no trade. I now have 3LTC not available. Customer support have been contacted repeatedly, every time the replies are templates that don't acknowledge or offer any remedy. Their chat feature is a useless bot, their customer support contact form just gives generic replies & replying to the emails from Stormgain gets "this email address is not monitored".

As a result, Stormgain is currently liable for 3LTC owed to me, and has a lot to answer for with their attempts at sounding professional with their generic replies. They also have been caught numerous times deleting negative reviews on Trustpilot & Google play store. If you find replies from them you will see they are generic template responses urging people to go to app.stormgain.com/#modal_sfFeedback, this is just to look professional, the address just sends you to a login loop.

My favourite of their template replies I've received over the last 6 months since trying to sort this out is... "This difficulty is still relevant for some of our clients. Responsible specialists are aware of this situation and are already dealing with the elimination of this problem. This takes more time and, unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of the solution in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The situation will be corrected as soon as possible."...
