They carry most supply items that a store could possible need to run their business. They are reasonable in prices and shipping is fair and my order came pretty quick. They are a great place to do business with.
But I didn't receive it on time as I was told, and had to make alternative decisions for my boutique showing. I was missing several pieces and had to phone customer service several times and received all missing items in a few different shipments
The product is ordinary. The service and process were great. Our order came in ahead of anticipated time. The courier could have been more gentle, as the boxes were torn open on the corners. Thankfully only minimal damage, but still, they could have been more gentle.

I had an issue w/ my order and as a family owner and operated business we rely on our vendors... the problem was swiftly addressed and corrected. If you order custom bags w/ your logo, be sure to send a HIGH-RESOLUTION logo and order WHITE bags... the brown bags do not show your logo well. Prompt shipping as well. 5 STARS!

Purchased a couple of items and paid for shipping. When they arrived wasn't a big fan of the products and one was damaged. So I decided to send them back. When I called Supply store they wanted me to pay for the shipping. I went to fedex and the charge to send everything back was $220 to send back which cost more then the products itself. I had to call 5 times to speak with different customer service reps about the cost of shipping back. I had to argue with them to use their discount to send back which would cost me 45 to ship it back. Overall not a professional business and paid $90 ish on shipping which was almost the same cost of the material I ordered. At the end of it they made it seem like they did me a favor by allowing me to use their discount to send it back!

I've been purchasing items from Store Supply Warehouse for several years but the last two orders of Foam Hanger covers have been poor quality, slightly yellow, and rip when putting them on the hangers. I will not be purchasing from Store Supply Warehouse in the future.
I have always been pleased with Store Supply Warehouse; however, I never know about the receiving of goods. Things arrive in a disarray from packaging and shipment. Many times the box is torn.

I purchased two unassembled display cases at great rates. The products were great. My issue is with the shipping rates. Because I didn't have a "docking station" I had to pay extra (nearly $200) for a truck with a lift because the items were supposedly going to be over 200lbs. I didn't have a problem with that until I received the items (4 boxes that could've fit in a standard car trunk) and the truck didn't have a lift. The driver just pulled out the maybe 30lb boxes. Why was I charged the extra shipping? I would've bought another display case with the savings!
