I always order the white item tags for my flea market booth from Store Supply Warehouse. They beat everyone on their price. Their shipping costs seem high to me though.
I also like their variety of sizes, and the option to get stringed or no strings on the tags.
I buy several boxes at a time to make the cost of shipping less painful.
In any retail store you seem to be overrun with hangers. These 7-row hanger trucks are great. We can store so many hangers and move them with ease... then take our some rows and move merchandise as well.
I ordered several items and one of the items I ordered was missing a piece and another was damaged in shipping. I emailed customer support and they quickly and nicely sent me out replacement for both parts right away. I know sometimes things happen and the true test of a company is how they responds when there is a problem. Store Supply Warehouse did a great job and they can now expect me to be a loyal customer! Thank you.
I bought a few items and they were a very good price. I ended up not needing a few and tried to return, but return shipping was as much the value of items. No free return label was given. One item was broken and they did refund me for that item without having to send it back. I would say great if your sure of what you order you will need otherwise original shipping was high and return shipping the same.
They expect you to unload and move it inside your business, they assume you have people to help (they require it) by help, i mean do everything, driver makes next to no effort to assist. They dont inform you of this until after checkout, which is great prices and decent product, but for 600.00 shipping and handling, i expect full service. Very VERY disappointed in this experience.
I needed more hanging space but didn't have it in my house. I decided to purchase racks & these were perfect! I'm actually about to buy 2 more because they were just what I needed, affordable & great quality!
I placed an order and then I noticed I did not order an item on my list. I phoned and asked if I could add it to my order. I was told it was to late, order was being processed. Two days later an email came in saying my order was ready to ship. It was a $3 order i wanted to add, $6.00 to ship. I guise we know why they would not add it to my order. Done shopping with them
This item does not work for me and I need to return it if possible bc the Labels are too small to see
Ordered displays for shop. Was told racks would be delivered in 3-5 days. Well almost 2 weeks later still no racks. So I called THEM. Was told that racks were damaged in shipment? But no one told us. It took a call from the buyer to find out. The company should have called the customer. Just better communication would help immensely. Not like we don't have time?!?
So. I'm a bit disappointed in this purchase. I paid for faster shipping (4-5 days) and called two-three weeks later and finally got a hold of someone and she said, they haven't even started printing. Something about the printer being broken, (Again) and that she would tell them to start production. Which I don't know why it paused to begin with? I asked for a call back about the status, she insured a call back that day, never received a call or email, I then wrote an email and got an email back days later saying they were in production. I'm just disappointed. Also, some bags were totally printed sideways.
Our order turned into a nightmare! They shipped by Estes. Estes missed delivery appointments, delayed opening of our store, cost hundreds of dollars to have labor ready to unload and they did not show. Store Supply warehouse did not resolve the issue or did not care if the issue was resolved.
If you buy from this company, you are not going to be happy.
I purchased the grid wall sign holders and while I love the concept and think they look great, unfortunately I am unable to use several of the holders I purchased because they arrived broken. The holders are made to be placed over the grid wall bar, but because it is made of acrylic, they break off very easily, thus making the holder unable to be used. I guess that money was wasted, back to the drawing board!
I purchased a large tiered round rotating jewelry earring display and found that each time the customers spin the display it would topple over with the earrings. The display is not well balanced after set up and once it turns becomes loose at the bottom. I bought it with the intention for it to rotate so customers could see the earrings before making a purchase. This display cannot rotate without being dislocated at the base and eventually toppling over. This really was a disappointing purchase.
Overall I was happy with the order. I didn't like the large bags put in plastic as this is not eco-friendly. Also, the acrylic frames suction cups do not hold and won't work for what I wanted.
I had looked around for these white grid panels EVERYWHERE and the cheapest ones I could find were on amazon for $15! I kept digging and found this website had them for $0.92 a piece. At first I was reluctant to commit to buying them because they're so cheap it might be a scam, but I didn't mind if I risked it and lost a couple dollars. I ended up paying about $7 total for the products and shipping and the products are legit! I was and still am genuinely shocked about the quality. The package also arrived in like 3 days, so I would give this a 10/5 stars if I could.
Website easy to navigate. The products in which I was interested were available and reasonably priced. Delivery was prompt. Overall experience wonderful. I will deal with again and have recommended to others and will continue to do so.
I purchased the freestanding rack for display for a craft show and the rack assembles on one side but on the other the holes do not align so the piece cannot be assembled. I e-mailed about this issue but have not heard anything back yet.
I ordered these 'carousel' display pieces for focal interest and convenience. I had been using the shorter versions but they took up more space than I was willing to give up. I ordered two of the taller styles and they eliminated 4 of the shorter ones giving me several extra feet of display space! Very pleased with the result because "Display is everything!"
I have been ordering with them for years. Never had issues, until I ordered two Slatwall gondolas on a base. They both arrived. Damaged. I called and they sent me two replacements, yet again completely damaged. At that point I just wanted my money back, which I was told I would get it back and to send them pictures of the damage. I sent the pictures, never received my money back, instead received two more gondolas, without base... at this Point Im confused and kind of over calling them and getting more and more of these broken displays sent to me. Im trying to open a new store and really dont have time for this.
I ordered some glass shelves and they were damaged could hear the glass broken inside so I refused the package so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping. I never received a replacement or a refund as far as I know. Im not exactly sure what has happened but would like to know who to contact to have a refund issued. I have just been so busy getting my air bnb ready havent had time to deal with the issue.
