Brand New Battery unable to full charge during 1st use when installed. For RMA also very difficult so many procedure. Seller contact me to offer full refund which is good.
The Web site a video shows that what you are getting is a geniue Samsung battery, that's why I'm willing to pay double the price from other websites. Actual arrived, no Samsung logo, felt cheated :(
They have good battery replacement for Older versions of Macbook Pro. Definitely cheaper as compared to using other sites to buy the same battery that this store can provide
It was a good experience going through the website. The details of the items was clearly written and informative even for me who is not too savvy with electronics.
The charge me a price of "original battery" but gave me a fake one, I got another fake battery with price of fake battery, compared with the real original battery in my tablet, this three guys are 71g, 83g(real original), 69g(from this seller). I decided to give such a expensive fake battery a chance and fixed it into my tablet, the system told me that the design capacity is only 2100mAh.
I bought laptop battery for ASUS GL552VW. I received the item well packaged and as described. So far, theres no problem with the battery. It lasted more than an hour without charging.

Delivery was a little pricy, paid $8.50 SGD but it came within their advertised 4-8 working days (8 working days for me). Battery for my LG Gram 13Z970 fits, although Intel's software says it's a 72Wh battery instead of a 60Wh one, but I'll take the extra capacity.

First order of 2 batteries for old laptops which works well (about 4 hours before the low battery indications appears). Thought they are local but shipment came from China instead. Hope it will last.

I know, I know, that's what a typical scam website would pay someone to write. But I was really skeptical about my purchase from storebattery, having already fallen for a scam laptop battery site previously. I checked the URL for storebattery on scam detector websites, and it seemed to pass. Then I saw all these reviews and photos, and started to feel reassured, but at the same time a bit suspicious that there were hundreds of high quality reviews. I had also not heard of sitejabber before, so I worried that this might all just be a very advanced scam.
But anyway, I was desperate to find the right battery for my laptop model which was hard to find anywhere else. I received a tracking number to a tracking site with a IP address URL (Note to storebattery: try to improve the tracking site if you can. It will go a long way in helping customers feel confident about their purchase) And just 7 days after placing my order, I have the battery installed in the laptop I am now using to write this review!
It was 7 anxious days as I worried that I had been scammed not once but twice now, but I can say that this site is legitimate and you will get your product. So shop with confidence!

Bought an 80Wh battery to replace the 60Wh battery that came with my laptop.
Service-wise, everything was great. They contacted me to confirm the type of battery I wanted, and sent it out just a few hours after my confirmation. Emails were friendly and helpful.
Delivery-wise, everything was handled nicely on their part. Despite the poor tracking and delivery notices offered by the delivery partner, everything else was perfect as they shipped the battery on the very working day they received my order and followed up with the tracking number once they got it.
Product-wise, it also exceeded my expectations. Although all the places where the brand Lenovo was supposed to be was blacked out, everything else was great and fully functional. In fact, the very battery I had could hold up to 82Wh of charge when its design capacity was only 80Wh. One small problem I have, though, is that my laptop is now unable to start from battery without a charger connected. After starting up, the laptop runs perfect on battery. However, I believe this is most likely not the new battery's issue as it is also unable to boot from my old battery. Nonetheless, this issue only occured after plugging in the new battery, so do keep a look out if this function still works once you get the battery. I'm not very affected by this issue anyway, as I can always just put my laptop on sleep and it works perfectly.
All in all, everything was done nicely and I am very satisfied. Thank you!
