Absolutely terrible customer service. Failed to inform customer that could take multiple weeks to ship, finally received a reply after I inquired, they say they were "waiting" on parts to arrive. After a reply, they threaten to cancel and eventually cancel my order as though I'm at fault and stating, "we have other customers who appreciate the effort we're taking". Will never do business with again, these people are jerks.
Went on to site. Carefully followed directions to order springs for my garage door. When springs arrived they were not the correct springs. Applied for a return and was told by email that per their terms of service they do not do refunds or exchanges. No customer service what so ever.
