They canceled my 2 orders because PayPal did not have confirmation of my address. Instead of asking me to present prove of address they searched in the web and found the name of the previous owner of my house, assuming my address was wrong... How could a serious company rely on Google searches to do business!?!?

I was pleasantly surprised they validated an odd part I had ordered by mistake. We need more businesses like this. They saved both of us a lot of time and money in shipping and returning.

Would be better if you listed more information for your products so we are sure what we are ordering. Otherwise everything went great and a rep responded quickly to let me know that things hit a snag and took care of it on the spot.

I am sorry I did not get the very nice gentleman's name on the phone. He verified on hands stock and gave me an time approximation for delivery.

The products we purchased were exactly what we were looking for and to receive then faster than anticipated was absolutely wonderful.

You're site was very easy to use. User account registration was simple and even saved the content when I had to go back and add one more thing to the cart before I finished checking out. Prices were better than expected and shipping time was extremely fast. Keep up the good work!

Well organized and intuitive interface. Quick delivery with product as expected. Couldn't find my order from a year ago, so I'd like to see order history kept longer.

Found my item cheaper than elsewhere. In fact, I expedited the shipping for an extra fee and it was still just under the next cheapest's price. Will reserve full praise until the item arrives.
Continuation: got my item exactly when expected. The item was exactly what I ordered and in perfect shape.

Contacted a gentleman to verify if I was ordering the correct product I needed and he was extremely wonderful. I so wish I remembered his name. The speed of getting the product was fantastic. Great experience with your company. Definitely will recommend.

Part I'd ordered was out of production. Customer service contacted me to see what I need it for. They contacted one of the involved manufacturers for me & made a suggestion for a replacement part. Shipped it that day & received it the next. Very good to work with.

I was able to call in to verify the product that I was ordering was correct and came with all of the components that I was expecting. Thankfully they were there to help as I needed to select a different part number to obtain the correct kit. Thank you!

Website has a great layout and intuitive interface. Easy to navigate and see relevant product info. Lost 1 star due to high shipping cost to Alaska, USPS would do much better than UPS for cost.

Easily placed the order and received the printer next day. Apparently this store has multiple warehouses so standard priced delivery to most US locations is very fast.

After scouring the internet to no avail, I was able to find and purchase an item from Immedia that is difficult to come by at a very competitive price. Received my order promptly with no delays.

I have always received good, well informed service from Immediasys. Product knowledge can be important, yet is sadly uncommon with large mass-market web vendors. The Arecont NVR software I ordered is limited and low performing, but that is NOT the retail vendor's fault; it is what it is because Arecont made it that way.

My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful. This was a product that was hard to get because of its recent release and popularity. One was located and shipped quickly. Good deal.
