We Purchased an Xplory X, looked amazing however, on first use it sounded like rubbing, squealing plastic, we got attention due to the noise rather than the strollers looks! Staff in the brand that we purchased it from said it was not as it should be. We contacted STOKKE as requested...Customer service forms and supporting video uploaded. Then.referred to another email address for after sales service...its an automatic reply asking for the same info. A week later, still no response. I would suggest you buy a brand that is willing to ensure your complaints are dealt with. STOKKE obviously are not interested.
I ordered a bed base (additional part to a cot) direct from the website. Unfortunately after receiving this I realised it was the wrong one according to the person it was bought for. I am trying to process a return and it says you must email customer services. I have emailed on Saturday 29th October and sent two further emails since. I have still not received a reply to my email and I am waiting to process my return. There is no online chat or contact number to speak to someone. If you have a problem with a purchase it seems there is nothing that can be done to resolve a return?! Case no. *******
